Prior to my visit to the clinic, I have had a few injuries to my ankle which caused some regular pain but was quite adamant that I didn't need a physio.

I decided to give Momentum a go after reading some of their reviews and do not regret it! My ankle now has none to minimal pain.

Adam was a pleasure to visit. Professional and effective consults. On top of the results, his banter and humor is unmatched. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

My son has been seeing Adam for nearly 5 years now after being diagnosed with a bone cancer and having major surgery. Adam has worked wonders with my sons rehab, after being told he wouldn’t be able to have certain movements. He is absolutely amazing and my son enjoys seeing him on a weekly basis. He is flexible, accomodating and very professional. We would have no doubt in recommending him to our family and friends.

Jarryd from Momentum physio has been great! I went in with an injured back with pain going down my legs. With his help in a couple months Jarryd has taught me techniques and exercises which has helped me gain strength and most importanly I am no longer experiencing pain as I was. He's customised my exercise routine around my busy lifestyle. The staff are friendly and Jarryd is always on time, I now work and enjoy family time pain free.

Jarryd has been magical in curing my shoulder bursitis. I had five sessions with him. At every visit, I had some improvements. He started me with band exercises and continuously adding some more exercises at every visit. I am continuing with the exercise program and my shoulder flexibility is so much improved. Jarryd was very punctual too. Highly recommended

Hurt my back at the gym and booked in to see Jarryd the same ay. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an exercise program and got me back to the gym really in no time.

I hardly goto physiotherapists but this time I hurt my shoulder and neck pretty bad. I looked up physiotherapists in my area and thankfully found Momentum Physiotherapy. From the get go they were fantastic from reception to the physiotherapist. Simone was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helped get rid of the pain that was troubling me in three sessions. I injured my hand & followed by my knee this year.
And two great young Physio therapists fixed it up. They both made me realised how important to do some exercises daily. I’m good now.

I developed a back injury and booked myself in for a physio appointment at Momentum, where I was assigned Kalisha. Kalisha is clearly an experienced physio who knows exactly what she’s doing and cares for her clients. She gave me great explanations, advice and exercises that essentially healed my back. With her expertise my back was healed swiftly and returned to its healthy position in a matter of no time. Thank you so much Kalisha and the Momemtum team, you guys are amazing and I’ll definitely be back if the need ever arises:)

Brilliant physio's, great expertise and customer engagement. Very good in explaining issues and exercises. Excellent facilities, always clean and peaceful, a great space. Reception is always kind, timely and accommodating. I consistently have a great experience every time. As much as I wish my body worked enough to not need physio, I'm grateful I get to go here.
