We sat down and went through options, I initially only wanted the diamond however some artisan jewelers were against working with LB for custom settings. My overall experience was good. I did not receive a CAD and was not given an opportunity to review the ring design as I was initially told however the end piece looked good. Make sure to get written proof if you want something specific done.
