Mohican Hair Salon

I walked into the salon unsure of the end result of my hair, I was met by the lovely girls who made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I’m so happy with the end result of my hair! The girls put in so much effort to get it to a point where I was more than happy when I walked out. I couldn’t recommend this salon more! I’ve always been so intimidated by salons so I’ve done my hair at home for the most part, but the girls at this salon really made me feel safe and important. I was in the salon for over 5 hours to achieve the incredible outcome they achieved, during this they brought me two hot chocolates, several little biscuits, and the young apprentice even went out of her way to walk down to the service station to buy me a hot pie! It was overall the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon and I will be coming back here regularly! Thank you so much girls for making my experience a fantastic one!

I have not had I have not had my hair cut in in over 4 years because I am in in a wheelchair. The girls made my visit so comfortable.

The girls at Mohican Hair are awesome. Have been going here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Every stylist there is warm and friendly and they always do a fantastic job.

Mohican hair is such a amazing salon all the staff are so bubbly and outgoing always happy or go the extra mile to make sure your colour is perfect and they care about your health of the hair which is amazing!

Shay and the gals are amazing at what they do. My hair is the healthiest and longest it’s ever been under their amazing care. My colours and their product recommendation is always exactly what I am after and I’m always so happy after every appointment. Couldn’t rate Mohican Hair any higher.

My wife has been to Mohican twice and told me the girls there are the best she has been to, they are friendly and take their time to ensure everything is done correctly. She is very happy (so am I - happy wife happy life as they say)

I attended Mohican Hair several weeks ago to have a semi-permanent colour as my regular hairdresser in Sydney was booked out. On arrival I noticed the salon was under new management/owner which was somewhat disappointing as I never had any problems with the previous owner, Ang. After a few weeks of my “semi” colour not fading, and my natural regrowth coming through, which I have never experienced in my 10+ years of having semi colour on my hair, I attended my regular hairdresser in Sydney who knows my hair well, who did a strand test on my hair to see how the colour would lift with bleach and was advised that due to the colour not lifting, it was more than likely that permanent colour was used on my hair, meaning that it will now take 4 times longer and be 4 times more expensive to lighten my hair. When I contacted the salon owner at Mohican, I was told that there is no way to test permanent hair colour and was given nothing but negative and condescending attitude. Will not be returning or trying a local hairdresser again as it usually turns out disappointing.

Really nice salon, the chairs where you have your hair in the basin are so comfortable and they are heated massage chairs! No neck pain from the basin thing. So good. I love everything about this place. Prices and staff are great too:)

I went into salon so completely embarrassed and down due to another hair dresser destroying my hair only to walk out feeling like a completely new person, faith that there are still good people and absolutely blessed to have found these ladies

Wish I could rate Mohican higher than 5 stars! The quality of their work is next level. The staff are very friendly, and create such a relaxed atmosphere. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. They go above & beyond. Highly recommend Mohican hair!

I cannot recommended Ang and her girls at Mohican hair enough. 5 stars just doesnt do them justice if your after the perfect natural blends esp baliage give them a call. They also have heaps of beauty options too that you can have done while your hair is changing colour and the offer lash lifts! So good and cause they are your lashes they dont annoy you!
