They are happy to offer the world but once you pay not interested.
Paid for my order by Credit Card and was told would take 5 days for funds to clear? Credit card funds are cleared immediately, when I enquired about my order after 4 days, to ensure that it would be available as advised on the 5th day, I was then told it would be another 5 business days. When I queried this the response was "The normal turnaround is usually from 5 days after your funds have cleared".
They will have held my cleared funds for 14 days before my order will be released.
This is not right!

My dealings with Cindy, all the way through the process have been first rate. The product is well designed and easy enough to assemble. As an engineer myself, I appreciate the simplicity of what has been created but the innovative methods it has been created. The end result is stunning and it'll last for many long years to come.

I have used Modular Walls twice in the last 8 years on two different properties. They made suggestions on what would be more suitable in terms of the backyard / pool area and were prompt on install, overall happy, thanks again.

I approached Modular walls requesting a masonry rendered look wall for a front fence and I was advised it could be done. You cannot render or coat the aluminium with any sort of texture, not if you want it to last. I was also misled with the time frame which I was 5 days prior to ordering and three weeks after they had payment. Modular walls has undermined my clients confidence and cheapened the focal point of a $70k project. I take giving negative reviews that damages someones reputation very seriously but using modular walls has damaged mine.

These guys built my dyno room well wow what can i say they went well and above what i was expecting many thanks wish i could give you a 10 star

The product is good and easy to install, but dealing with the company is frustrating to say the least. I probably didn’t spend enough to warrant decent customer service.
