2I would like to take the opportunity to respond to the review by Daniel Roberts from Blissful Properties. The disagreement stemmed from Daniel's failure to notify our office for the mandatory critical stage inspections required for building work in NSW. Further disagreements occurred when it became apparent that Daniel and Blissful refused to follow good building practice. We hope Daniel, Blissful Properties, BH Australia Constructions and Custom Homes Australia have found a Certifier more accommodating to their needs.
Modern Certification is difficult to deal with. Probably best you avoid. Especially if you are a builder. Maybe try Tom Roche certification or Glen Levic or Robert Ball or even Chris De Wit. There is a long list of wonderful easy to deal with and professional Certifiers in Newcastle. You probably don't need to suffer through Ripp at modern certification. Builders and owners beware!
