Dr Aggarwal did my breast augmentation and I couldn't be more happier with the result. He made sure to give me honest recommendations with the size of implants, and it looks incredibly natural on me.

I had a great experience with the surgery at Hunters Hill Private Hospital and was taken care of post-surgery. Him and the office have been very supportive in my recovery - both of the breast augmentation and scar healing.

I would also like to note I have done Hydrafacials with the nurses here and have left with great, clean and clear skin every time.

I chose Dr Aggarwal for breast implant revision, and could not have chosen better. I'm very impressed with the results. The revision was to correct a problem with the old implants that emerged after a decade having them. What Dr Aggarwal achieved wasn't just to fix the issue, but to make them even better than what I'd had before the problem.

The first thing you notice with Dr Aggarwal is his impeccable bedside manner. He takes the time to listen, understand, document your situation and choices, and explain, providing plenty of information as guidance and tailoring that guidance to what you want as you make decisions about the procedure. This goes beyond just putting you at ease: it means he ensures patient and surgeon are on exactly the same page regarding surgical decisions and expected outcomes before anything is done.

As a surgeon, Dr Aggarwal is downright excellent. He has a focus on professional perfection - both in terms of artistry and the evidence-based technical aspects. Yet, at the same time, he is very committed to ensuring you get what works for you. I put limitations on what would have been objective perfection, wanting to avoid risks I wasn't ready to take. He appeared to take my limitations as a professional challenge to make things as perfect as possible while absolutely working within them. Exactly what I wanted in a surgeon, and the outcome was the best I could have imagined.

Dr Aggarwal's team is likewise excellent, from receptionists to the anaesthetist he chose to work with for my surgery. Everyone is friendly and considerate, and take pains to ensure you feel comfortable. Meeting the surgical team prior to the operation reaffirmed for me I'd made the right choice. Their knowledge, their responsiveness to questions and concerns, and their blend of efficiency and ability to take the time to ensure all is answered and explained, speaks of great skill and experience. I have never been anaesthetised or intubated so well, which is a weird-sounding compliment, but it genuinely impressed me. I had a couple concerns regarding anaesthetic and intubation. They were listened to, and I woke up with no issues, not even a sore throat.

My procedure was not the simplest nor easiest, but it was undertaken with admirable skill and commitment. For me, it takes a lot of trust to go into lala land and let other people make changes to my body, and Dr Aggarwal and his team more than demonstrated that trust well-placed. I cannot fault a thing, not even about smaller matters such as post-op care or communication with the surgeon. I am very pleased and have zero complaints about any of it. Would recommend without caveats.

Dr Aggarwal and his excellent staff were so caring and approachable at every point of my experience having a BCC removed from my face, requiring a skin graft for repair. Very approachable, all questions answered, all steps of the process were explained clearly. They were very responsive to all contact, especially post-surgery for any concerns I had during the healing process. Dr Aggarwal is also an excellent surgeon, the site looks amazing even only two months post surgery. I am so relieved and happy to have chosen to use Mode Plastic Surgery as they made what was an anxious situation much more bearable with their kindness and compassion, their professionalism and excellent skill.

I had a facial skin cancer removed from above my eye, great healing result, great service and aftercare. Everything was explained clearly to me. Highly recommended.

Excellent surgeon, I had a bcc removal on my neck and lump on my elbow. Seamless from consultation right through and I love the fact his wife is the anaesthetist, and she was so gentle not one bruise and I am a bruiser. Great sense of humour

So just an add on to my review. I went to see nurse Karyn for a check up and while I was there I got some botox done, she is amazing not one bruise on my face. I am super happy with my results. She very professional and super lovely, I didn't feel rushed out the door. Again another 5* for nurse Karyn.

Dr Aggarwal’s care was excellent, removing a skin cancer from my face safely but carefully to ensure it didn’t cause damage after. He was so kind and explained every step of the way so I knew what to expect. Thank you to him and his fabulous team!

I had a bilateral breast reconstruction in June this year at the same time as having a double mastectomy. This was my first ever surgical experience at the age of 68 and I didn’t know what to expect. Initially in January when I was diagnosed with cancer in my left breast and decided that a double mastectomy was the only option I wanted, I was very unsure if I wanted to go ahead with a reconstruction. My surgeon referred me to Shagun so I could investigate my options, I was having chemo first so had time to make a decision. My first visit to see Shagun was really a fishing expedition to explore my options and see how I felt after that. From the very first visit, when I explained this to Shagun, he was reassuring, caring and explained all the options in great detail. Never at any time did he try to influence my decision, was open to discussion and never dismissed any of my endless questions. Once I decided to go ahead we met again right in the middle of the COVID restrictions. At that time reconstruction was not on the list of ops considered necessary but happily for me, Shagun had already consulted with my oncologist and oncology surgeon and they were happy for surgery to wait till I could have both surgeries at the same time. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. There are not enough words to describe how positive this experience has been for me. Dr Aggarwal and his team were caring, reassuring thoughtful during the whole pre and post operative process and have made the journey easier than I ever expected it would be. I am proud to have my “noobies” despite telling him on occasion I didn’t care what they looked like, deep down I really think I did care. They look great, feel normal and now I feel very normal again as well.
When you embark on a journey that is scary and the future is not certain, you need Doctors who are very skilled not only with a knife but also can talk to you, listen to you, and make sure you are well looked after both medically and mentally. Dr Aggarwal and his team easily fulfill this criteria and I will happily recommend him to anyone who may find themselves in my shoes

Update 2022!
I have now finished my reconstructive process and can only confirm again that Dr Aggarwal and his team continue to excell and perform above and beyond. My "noobies' have been admired by many who often can't believe they are not the originals (except for the fact they look so much better than the old ones!) I have only one job left for me to do, so only one last visit to attend to show off the finished "me". A big thankyou to Shagun, his lovely wife Neha, Karen, Davina and Petra, welcome to Michael whom I have yet to meet. I will continue to sing praises about my team forever more

Dr Aggarwal (along with Dr Gabby Vasica) were my "A+" team for my medically required abdominoplasty and major abdominal hernia repair. Dr Aggarwal was sympathetic, caring, and explained in great detail the procedures required in a very down to earth and honest manner. Dr Aggarwal is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who cares very much about his patients and achieving the best possible outcome for them. I am now 4 months post op, and could not be happier. The aftercare has been fabulous. He (and Dr Vasica) have changed my life and I can't thank them enough.
