Brought 2 MacBook Air laptops, opened one to get the model number to buy covers, didn’t even open the laptop or turn it on, they were 2015 models for $990 each!
Returned them and they took $208 off when providing the refund. I purchased 2020 models for $260 more. So not only rip off on price, but rip off on returns. Go elsewhere
****update**** I was contacted by Hijiri once review was placed and was refunded another $149. Only postage cost was kept. Fair enough, but should have been offered in the first place

Avoid this retailer for online orders. Placed an order which included Free Shipping for an electric scooter for my daughter's birthday. Received an email a few days later saying that shipping would be $400 and that an additional payment of $230 was required due to the weight and location. We are not located in a remote area. Called to discuss and was offered to 'split the cost' at $200. Had to cancel order, get a refund and purchase elsewhere for the same price from another online retailer that honored their free shipping offer and now won't have it in time for her birthday. Would not recommend shopping with them, in partucular for online sales.

Good selection of phones, looks like a bit of a start up but decent prices and close enough to lidcombe shopping centrr (except you need to cross Parramatta road: (anyway got a decent phone for my mum here they also sell battery powered scooters here FYI!

I just received my second mobile phone I bought from these guys and was just as happy with the whole buying process and the phone of course as the first time, great customer service once again!

I ended up dealing with this company via themarket there was large delay in sending item 6+ days. Then once sent there was problems with the item and/or paperwork resulting in the item getting delayed by aussie customs. Then I get told on the day before Xmas eve that I won't be receiving my item at all (It was a Xmas present) so I'm left scrambling to buy something else when I still haven't received my refund yet. Still waiting for my refund on 27 December. Others have said they are drop shipping/don't have the items they are selling. This would certainly be one explanation for the shipping delay

We're absolutely awful to deal with wouldn't replace my faulty item even though it was still covered with the warranty. I will never buy anything from them ever! Very disappointed.

I requested to return $300 headphones 5 weeks after the 12 month warranty. Due to lockdown laws, I only just started using them at the gym and found them uncomfortable & faulty due to the low life battery. I had all the packaging the headphones as brand new and they wouldn't budge! I would have thought with the Covid restrictions, that they would be professional and accept 5 weeks after the warranty.not happy!
