Really helpful customer service. I took my broken MacBook Pro in and was quoted $599 to fix it when Apple quoted $1000. I didn’t go ahead with the repair though because they explained the fault with the design and that it was likely to happen again even after repair, and I appreciated that advice. They waved the diagnosis fee too.

This is a gem, hidden away on second floor, in the busy arcade, where the old dance studio was.
As the owner said" we're like Harvey Norman, without the fridges and furniture", how beautiful we're able to support the "little guy business operator". So good and so cheap fixing my mobile phone problem, and at a fraction of the big telecoms. Thank you for your curious service and friendly solution of solving daily days mobile phone problems. Ps! While we were there, all we saw in the shop, were elderly folks, being treated like royalties, and charged reasonable prices, with a courteous and friendly service.thank you for helping us out, we'll be back!

The guys at Mobile Barn in Maclean are great. Not only have they repaired multiple phones and screens for me, they have also helped our business set up remote camera software for the security cameras at our transport depot. They get repairs done quickly, their rates are far less than their competition and I’ve never had an issue with any work or repairs they have done.

Lack of communication is rediculas. Call there number no answer, ask a question on there website and it's an autobot, email them and not one reply. I have paid for express shipping and my order said it would be here already, but when I try check through there tracking it still hasn't left their warehouse

So glad I stayed local and went to the mobilebarn in Maclean

Young 16 year old couldn't fix problem. He reset and said backed up. Not. Lost documents, files, emails. Banking. He cracked screen and never apologised.use going back

I'm still glueing my phone screen in every couple of days, the person has ruined my phone I cannot take it anywhere to be fixed now. Do not recommend taking a phone to this shop for a screen replacement. They are just taking people's money with out fixing things correctly! I don't care that your glue wasn't high quality you should not be doing repairs to phones with nail glue.

They are great friendly blokes, that cant help you enough & are always very polite and friendly, cant recommend them enough. Love ya work Lads

This is disgraceful that the owner would walk in and be rude to my mother that she walked away in tiers just because that the call speaker would not work and on top of that they did not tell her that it was a refurbished phone till she walked away crying im very disappointed in this. Thats not the behaviour you should give to customer and for that if i could i'd give them negative 5 stars

They have been ripping old people of for years. A old lady said her volume wasn't working, charged her $10 to press button on side. Have recently been told they have charged other old people$20 for same thing.shame on them. Absolutely Disgusting! I'm sure this is illegal.will be looking into it.

Really helpful, young lady there in blue dress was excellent. Too hard for Harvey Norman, too hard for telstra shop in grafton but not here, fixed our pre paid card problems in minutes and helped us enjoy our holidays, thanks so much

No ZERO star? I do not recommend. They replaced an iPhone battery and there was no difference. No help for resolution! Too bad so sad attitude?

Very helpful. I've taken a few different phones to them over the years and each time they have been able to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost.

Very easy to follow, i have never done anything like that before, just a few clicks and its all done. Would recommend you guys to anyone.
