After two months of waiting for my appointment at O’Brien glass the day before the appointment they called me to tell me that they don’t have the glass in stock and cancel my appointment. I called MNT and was booked in for the next day quick and friendly service form the team at MNT. Good on you guys at MWT for looking after your customers.

Got my windscreen replaced a few days ago and during the process of removing the old windscreen, the guy removed/yanked the cowling (plastic cover under the windscreen wiper arms) and broke the clips that hold it in. Now the plastic cowling is just sitting loose in the engine bay. The guy also scratched the edge of my car while trying to remove the glue. After the windscreen was removed there were fragments and debris of the old glue in the headliner. The guy was about to install the new windscreen without first taking out the debris. I had to stop him to vacuum the debris from the headliner (using my own vacuum).

I phoned and was assisted by an incredibly friendly helpful lady who helped me when booking to have the windscreen replaced. The technician came to our home the next morning, he called me before arriving to let me know when he would be there. I was so impressed by how kind and professional the technician who fitted our windscreen was. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone.
