Highly recommend these guys only takes them a few days to fix my tablet and it is always fixed brand new like I just bought it great priced always so friendly and helpful no matter what challenge I give them they always fix my phone and most recently my portable dvd player absolute legends and they are always so happy and friendly

Dishonest. You need to get the service first and only then pay. I brought 2 children's tablets. For one tablet they performed a service, for another they did not, but they took the money in advance and did not return the money for the second service. Disappointed

Great professional prompt service. Issue with IPhone 12 receiver & needed to be sent away for repair. I elected not to repair & they didn’t want to charge me for their time.

They were fast efficient, friendly and explained everything clearly and very reasonably priced. 1st or 2nd in Port from my experiences. There for the customer not just for the dollar.

Craig fitted me in with little notice and had a new battery installed in no time. Great customer service and fair price.

Best phone repair place in Port Macquarie. Always quick service with reasonable prices. They fixed a phone that had been “fixed” (ie several functions ruined) by another phone repair shop and charged me a very low price for it.

I always take my phones here and they are always on the ball. Ive found their pricing expertise and service to always be 5 stars.

They ordered in a new screen for my Samsung S21 Ultra and it arrived in less than 24hours and was put on my phone immediately. Was $40 cheaper than all competitive shops in town. They even put on a new screen protector which was either free or included in their service. Love that I could text them to organise everything rather than wait for calls back too.

They were great. I took my very damaged phone in expecting the worst, but they had it fixed in half an hour. The service was great and the price was good. I recommend them.

Our 15 yr old son dropped his phone in water we took his phone in on the sat afternoon. The service we received to have it fixed was fantastic. Our son was wrapped as he had to pay for it. Highly recommend

I had my ipad glass replaced here after damaging it. It was replaced in a few hours and is as good as new and came with a 12 month workmanship warranty which is a bonus. Will use again for repairs in the future.

Got my phone repaired today. The service men were extremely busy there but still managed great customer service under pressure. Hoorah.

I was greeted with a smile and eager staff wanting to help me. They made no guarantee that they could fix my phone but were willing to try. When I picked it up they said they thought they may have fixed the problem, but as it was happening intermittently they told me to come back if it happened again. I can’t say more how I appreciate being helped, so far so good with the phone but I’m so happy with the service and reasonable cost

Hopeless took phone in to repair said they will order parts.did not hear from them. 3 months later I rang and told to bring phone so can look at to order parts.very unreliable

My iPhone had a black screen and appeared to have ended its life. Dropped into Mobile Phone Repairs Port Macquarie to find out the worst! The guys in there were so helpful and Lo and behold found the problem did a quick fix and my phone came back to life. They insisted no charge who would believe that. Can't recommend this business highly enough. Any problems check them out. Sue Campbell.
