Got a glass screen protector from them today and some off it was already cracked and it wasn’t applied on properly I don’t recommend buying from this place.

I came here to get a replacement charging port for my iPad. After a few days I checked in to see how my repair was going. At first I was told it was being worked on, and then another person told me they ordered the wrong part. The correct part was coming from Melbourne so I patiently waited all week. Following up, I was told the part was in still in transit and that they would follow up on the Monday and tell me by noon what the outcome was. I received no call, so when I went to the shop, the person that told me he was going to follow up wasn’t even working that day. The lady told me that the iPad was put back together again for me to take. I can understand that problems arise, but I found the lack of response and poor communication very disappointing. I waited nearly 2 weeks to get the iPad fixed, and then was given my iPad back without even a call to notify me what was going on. I went the another repair place in Miranda and they fixed it in less than 48 hours. Somehow and conveniently the part was in Sydney.

Stay clear of them. Sold me something faulty, won’t give refund. They give you an email address to chase your refund but the address doesn’t exist, was told it’ll be 2-3 weeks for a refund. The girl is a clown

Came here to get my iPhone screen repaired. Opted for the cheaper screen only for it to stop working after a week. Went back and was asked to pay the difference for the more expensive screen. Fast forward 8 months, screen stops working. They refuse to replace it for free claiming it’s past the warranty.

Partners just taken a look inside the phone and seen the screen hasn’t been glued together properly and screen has been attached poorly. Do not go here!

This is a place not to go as the don’t refunds as the staff does not listen to what you have to say as my husband brought a selfie stick yesterday it does not work

My son got his phone fixed there, he went back cause the whole screen fell apart, they didnt glue it together properly, she said she remembed him and wanted to charge him a full amount for there mistake, terrible and poor quality not professional this is

Poor quality products and they refused to refund my money. Sent email to the admin and never got a response. Lost my money! Don't go there!

Customer service non existent, denied replacement/refund of damaged item purchased few weeks ago at their store in Miranda. The lady was very argumentative and arrogant. Will never go back there.

We had a defectice screen protector purchased from them and installed by them it cracked NO refund or replacement given even thought was told to come up and they would look after me. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
