Was originally happy with the price for a new screen and battery replacement, quick repair but on pick up they said they couldn’t offer a warranty because they found water damage in my phone but still proceeded with the repair and charge? I noticed that I could not longer check the battery health because the phone shows it in error because ‘unknown parts’ was showing in settings and they said that will remain on unless I get genuine Apple parts?
I thought they were using Apple components for the repair?
Within a week the new screen cracked and in that same week my phone would begin to overheat when using or while using while it charged and would have to let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow it to cool down.
I feel stuck between them saying it has no warranty and Apple not wanting to touch it because it has an issue caused by a third party. And potentially having to buy a new phone
I don’t feel this would be considered fair use or wear for the price I paid and will be taking it up with fair trading

Staffs were really good and helpful. Wonderful customer service. I had my phone repaired by the experts team and it was so quick. Staffs were fully trained and know what they were doing. Explained what parts on my mobile needs to be replaced.

My phone had been having issues charging with some cables and I took it to Mobile Experts to take a look. Previously I'd take the phone to a different shop in the city and was told it would be $50 to even look at the phone to see the issue.

Mobile Experts were able to quickly work out the issue was the charging port required cleaning and did it on the spot for me with no charge! Very happy with the service and will definitely be going back if any other issues arise with my phone.

I am homeless and mobile experts charged my mobile phone for 1 hour and treated me like a real person. They made me feel so nice I was suffering pretty bad mentally and they talked to me with no indifference. AAA+

I come from country Queensland and when I suffered a software issue on my Samsung 4 trying to get the bush bumpkjns around here to fix it, Not A Chance, they might know about cattle but electronic technology is miles beyond the shops around here so the "city" skills and ability of Mobil Experts had it fixed in half an hour for the best price to. Thanks Guys)

Got screen repair, after repair they forgot to put the sim card back in, left glue all over the back of the phone, dents on the back of the phone and cracks on the back of the phone after a bit of yelling they ordered a back of the phone for free. They tried to sell us screen protectors for $30 each. If I could I'd give them 0 stars. Never going back again. I advise you to avoid them and never go there. Don't waste your time here.

Most preferable repairing store in Parramatta for visiting to resolve any issues in your phone. They are fully professional. They solved network connection issue in my 6s within 10 minutes. Thank you team.

Do not go here unless you intend to be ripped off

I had them replace my iPad screen
And I noticed this crack a few days later (note this iPad has just been sitting in my car this whole time I haven't even got around to using)
I take it into them exactly a week after because I wasn't in the area expecting them to replace the screen because they had clearly given me a faulty one (as someone who works in a t I understand that anything that is mass produced will have faulty items hence would have been happy with a quick replacement)

They refused this and said I had clearly done the damage to the screen even after I pointed out to them that there is no external damage to the device or the case it is
I pointed out twice trading require you to give 7 days warranty but they still refused and said I had to pay for the replacement

Mobile experts definitely completed the job for me. Ali has amazing customer service and was welcoming as I stepped foot into the store. Would only recommend Ali and his team.
