Ansi and Rami helped me out with my move on the Saturday that passed. They were not only careful with the way they handle the items, but were also courteous in offering if there were any other items I had which they could assist with carrying in their truck. The arrangement and service provided by them was seamless. I would definitely recommend their service for someone who is looking for a hassle free interaction. Thank you boys!

We had scheduled in for pickup 27th October 2022, being advised that pickup would be between 7: 00-10am. I did not receive any answers following numerous attempts to call until 11: 00am, being advised that our move scheduled in for the 28th October (later advising that the 27th October date was correct in their system). We then were advised that the removalists would arrive between 3: 00-4: 00pm, with the actual time of arrival at 5: 15pm.

I called Tuesday morning 1st November 2022 to confirm time of arrival and was advised that no truck would be arriving on the day due to a person error entering in the move details (again our confirmation email from their system was confirmed as 1 November 2022). Following numerous calls and text messages going unanswered over the ensuing days, we were without any answers regarding our items and/or delivery until 3rd November 2022. We only received verbal confirmation (despite asking for written confirmation) that our items will be arriving Saturday 5th November 2022, well past our intended date of items arriving.

Our items arrived by truck on Saturday 5th November 2022 in the afternoon. We were advised that another offsider had been subcontracted to unpack the truck however nobody showed so we were required to assist in unpacking the truck which was outside our agreement when paying the invoice prior to the move.

Our entertainment unit had water damage and is now not fit to be used. Crockery was broken.

Since the move, the company has been non responsive and has avoided all calls and emails sent.

I would advise not using Mobex for your next move.

Was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. They took incredible care and were extremely efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very poor communication during our whole delivery, they were late on arriving and delivering our things as well and never contacting us when they had not shown up at the agreed times. It involved us calling multiple times to only reach voicemail or it would ring out. Once speaking with them we were told they hadn’t organised our delivery on their system, which then involved further unanswered calls for nearly a week. It may be cheaper than most services but I would avoid using Mobex. Some of our items also were damaged on arrival. Would not recommend.

Manners I’ve seen from the boys, on time no damage to anything that was taken from home and being back to my new home I recommends mobex anytime and day thank you boys again if I could give u a rate more than 5 stars it will 10 stars for your great job keep it up

I had Daniel and O'Neil deliver my belongings to Canberra. They were very easy to work with and both super lovely. They handled and placed items in the house with care. They arrived on time at both ends and the whole move in the end with Mobex was easy. Communication was great.

DON'T USE MOBEX! They are unprofessional, unreliable, don't communicate and have a couldn't care less attitude. They were absolutely appalling with my recent interstate move. Everything went wrong on the day due to MOBEX ignorance and incompetence. They may quote a bit lower price but save yourselves the stress and anxiety, and use another removalist who has higher work standards. MOBEX ARE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

I moved from Brisbane down to Sydney and had a smooth experience. The movers were in contact, and managed to get it down to Sydney basically as fast as possible haha. I found them through Muval.com.au

Since I was already in Sydney I didn't get to see the packing in, but for the delivery Masar did a great job. Everything was out, nothing was missing, and even fragile items (multiple monitors) were unscathed. I also live on a very busy street with hardly any parking.

Would recommend, and it's hard to beat the prices they offer.

Moved with these guys in April 2019.1. Overbooked on the day, so they decided to drop all my belongings outside my flat for me to take upstairs, and left.
2. Tried to overcharge me by $60 more than the quote that we agreed upon.
3. Kept some of my belongings in the truck, acknowledged that they had them when I messaged them, then refused to return them, and ended up selling/discarding my belongings.
Avoid these guys or I'm sure they will try to rip you off too.

Rafael and Bahaa they really know how’s to pack and carry a stuff properly they come my place and did a very fast and safe job no damage I highly recommend this guys!
