Paul is professional and hands down the best at what he does. He’s punctual and very respectful. I’ve seen some pretty bad stains that I never thought would come out and Paul has done wonders and made carpets look brand new again. Paul was on time, professional, did a great job on our older carpet & tiles, our carpet was mostly dry when he finished, he even left a couple of large fans to completely dry the carpet because it was cold & raining….
