I have had the pleasure of using Natalie from MMJ on a couple of occasions and each time she has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and achieved our goals successfully and has always responded very quickly.

We had a Development Application for a Bridge construction on Crown Land we needed to approval for and it was required urgently due to the condition of the bridge. We engaged MMJ and are extremely glad we did. There were nine different State Government Departments as well as the Local Council that were involved. MMJ were fantastic and completed the DA Approval process quickly and professionally while keeping us informed every step of the way. We would certainly recommend MMJ. Their knowledge and understanding of all the Government requirements and departments made the process for us much smoother. We couldn't have done it without them.

We contacted MMJ Town Planners to investigate if we could divide our property by Strata or Torrens. Natalie was fantastic and got back to us with a very detailed email of their progress and very clear explanations of if we could divide the property or why if we couldn't. However, further investigations were required with Council and within two weeks Natalie contacted us with very clear explanations and attachments which she has sourced from Council. A fantastic and thorough investigation was done by MMJ in particular Natalie. Natalie also followed up her email with a phone call to ensure we understood the contents etc. The service was outstanding and we could easily understand the outcome of our enquiry. I engaged MMJ recently to assist in the application of a Ember Suppression System to a Commonwealth listed heritage property. The knowledge and understanding of our local council and their heritage management policies allowed me to focus on the procurement process while all the necessary steps were taken by MMJ for Development Consent. I would highly recommend talking with the town planning team for any advice on property development of any type.
