MMJ has been the best to work with for years and 2 houses later I am pleased to say I have always been looked after and treated with respect.

Friendly staff, amazing customer service, wonderful property managers, wonderful advice, very helpful and service orientated.

Beware of this doggy agent
They need to sort there act out and tread people with abit of respect not talk down to people.
Kersstie needs to learn some manners and need to learn communication skills.
She is not the law nore is she above the law. As ahe says this wonder if we sent the phone recording we have Fairtrading what would happen to her.
There a rules and regulations in place that need to be followed by seller buyer tenant and agents

Think she need to be investagated from NSW Office of fairtrading.
As she trying to breach contract and leasing agreement. And over charge out of the agreement and ect. Then try to threaten to avicting you out. Silling kid they need.bit more mature people to run there agent. Hope the EPA find that they didnt want to help out with the investigation and hide khow did it as the video footage has been sent to EPA

Adam Martin, Manages his real estate business in an unprofessional manner.
He and his employees in the office are Rude & Arogant.
They do Not go buy the Rules & regulations.
As the Owner of the Real Estate Business Adam Martin needs to treat people as equals. He is Such a DODGY
real estate agent, I would NOT recommend his services Nor his Business deals to anyone.
Definitely taking it further.

I felt threatened by their manager Adam Martin after I left a bad experience review. He emailed in my personal email said that my review is disappointing and unworthy and blah blah blah. The worst agent iv met both for seller and me as a buyer. Put in offer for 1 Grout Street Warilla and the agent said that the vendor didn't want to sell it for the price that I offered, then the property was sold few days after through the other realestst agency for less.

I bet she (Samantha) didn't even tell my offer to the vendor 'cause there might be some disagreements between them. But doesn't matter what happens, you as agent selling the owners' properties, once there are offers you should tell the owner no matter high or low offer. It is vendors' decision to pick the offer.

Tried to view a property during Covid and told there was no more spots to view.

Put in an offer on another and the sale price was $3k over my offer. I was willing to go another $10k

MMJ found us a rental property after our previous rental was sold, they are very prompt and the staff are lovely, I would highly recommend them.

The team at MMJ Windang are the most professional, reliable and friendly real estate we've ever dealt with as a tennant. Even during the covid period there service has been exceptional.

Whoever the agent was who asked my nephew to "head inside" (his own home) "as we are showing someone the property" (behind his home)
"up yours" dear. I would never use such a disrespectful bunch of grubs.

Unprofessional I was told I would hear back from them with a couple of days, I sent emails for 3 days after that two days to Sara asking if any news on property, she didn't even have the decency to reply to any of the 3 emails at any time or conta t me saying it was taking longer than expected. Pathetic bunch of Misfits.only really care about the money they making couldn't care less about the clients in the slightest. Give them a wide berth and find someone else to deal thru

Agree with Jeff, we started due diligence looking for a Real Estate agent in the area and were left shocked after attending several open houses and hearing negative feedback from friends.

My partner found Adam Martin to be quite sleazy and false, this came reviewing an open house in Albion Park. The Sales staff seem quite disinterested especially as it was last property for the day, extremely concerning considering the commission based approach.

Whilst some friends had good experiences with other MMJ Offices everyone told us to stay clear of Adam Martin and MMJ South.

Liars. And use dodgy handy men to get things fixed. Always a drama to get things done. Very rude. Unprofessional conduct. Take very long to get organised and to long to get things done. Worst realestate I've ever dealt with. Should be an option for no stars as they don't deserve one. Anyone who has given 4 or 5 stars must be friends and relatives of the workers as I've never met any other people renting through this realestate that is happy at all with these rude and unprofessional group of people. Very unorganized group of people.

We hired Danielle from mmj in 2010 to manage our investment property & have been impressed by herself & Sandra Cook over the years, both of which are easy to deal with & knowledgeable. Sandra has had to deal with some very difficult tenants, especially of late unfortunately however she seems to take these complex situations in her stride. As a landlord & property professional myself I can personally recommend her services.
