I used their service to claim my tax. They charge really high for service fee and took so long for them to start claiming my tax. Then, the worst thing is I never got my tax back, since I found out that apparently there is a mistake that they have done. Please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
Very bad experience.
Didn't even file our tax and charge us $484.
Send us notice from debt recovery and wrote ridiculous emails, finally had to pay $484 jus to visit them in there office for 10 mins. Never recommend anyone to go there.
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS BUSINESS. They will coerce and manipulate you into sending them documents, will undertake UNSOLICITED work and then try to charge you ridiculously high prices for it. They are shady and cannot be trusted.
