Having read so many positive reviews I was disappointed in my experience with Melanie. Melanie was indeed quick to respond to emails, however she was not thorough, made calculation errors, used total amounts rather than calculate deductions over several years, and did not check any of the supporting documents I shared with her. This resulted in an audit and warning from the ATO whereby we would have been penalised thousands of dollars. Its a shame this has occured as Melanie came across really well and I would have liked to have become a long-term client.

Melanie provided timely and professional advice, assisted us in the initial setup of the company, as well as went above and beyond providing detailed reporting, we are immensely grateful and would highly recommend her services.
