Mervyn was a great help in troubleshooting issues with my Laptop and finding solutions that suit me.

Amazing service experience! Shopped around different repairers but IT-ICU had by far the most technical and friendly staff. The network engineer was fantastic as well as the website designer. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

Belinda and the entire team were very professional and were great to work with. They were always available and finished the job on time. Their work was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing excellent technology support.

Extremely skilled team, we had been having issues with our accounting system MYOB AccountRight update upgrade crash fix solve for months now and dealing with MYOB technical support is a nightmare in itself.
