8If you are thinking of building a home with Mojo or MJH Homes, then please don't. Firstly, the build process is painful and customer service is woeful. Secondly, just when you think your pain is over, there is no 'post construction' service at all and more pain begins. If you have any issues post the build, you are on your own. We spent our life savings plus a huge mortgage and now have issues which Mojo/MJH won't resolve. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I know well that MJH is undergoing pressure from the labour and materials shortages.
But we would be happy if our house be completed within a fair period: - + 11 months is a bit too long.
Please help us.
I have been in my house for over 4 months now and still trying to get defects resolved every time I talk to MJH they tell my they have trouble getting contractors back to get work done sorry not good enough would not recommend
Such poor unprofessional customer service and after sales warranty and maintenance. Unhelpful and just "pass the buck" type attitude. Never again would I buy MJH, and I'll continue to tell everyone about our terrible experience!
Beautiful home but the lack of care and professionalism when it comes to maintenance and warranty is hugely lacking. Would never recommend this builder! Just a little bit of compassion would go along way, but were never flexible enough to help. Poor customer service.

Slowest build I've ever seen and ive built 4 house faster with different company's
Contract says 240 working days but no one can tell me what is working days and sometimes had trdies on site 7 days or when the 240 days start as been told 3 different start dates by 3 different people
Not asked or told about different things through sales.no option given due to no one has a standard format for the same thing on different house.for example wrapping of the house or internal insulation in the walls of the house
Being told. No can't do that when knowing it can be and given no choice at all
Plans and products for the house and not even going in the house but told they are or plans not being read properly
We’ve had scaffold system up in the garage for over 4 months and every time we try to follow up with what’s going on, it’s a dead end. It is very upsetting that it’s very hard to get hold of the assessor in-charge to at-least know the schedule of the work! Hence, I’m posting this as a last resort to see if things can finally get going!
