Initial agent that contacted me was incredibly helpful with the interview process until I advised them I'd be interstate and couldn't be reach my phone until a certain date. A new agent was suddenly brought in to take care of my situation once I returned from my trip without any notice, and I had to repeat my situation again which was a bit frustrating given some of the advice wasn't appropriate. I was never contacted again and as helpful as the first agent was, the communication could've been more professional and clear. I was left disappointed and lacking confidence in using employment services again.
