Recent heavy rain in Jamberoo, washed away our driveway, driveway was a mess like a mosh pit, Friday morning, rang 3 other local supplies for road base, no one was coming till Monday, but Friday morning we had already dug up drive way, rang mj rowles as last hope, before next rain fall in 2 days, spoke to a lovely lady, who had a full schedule, but squeezed me in, organised a drop of road base within 3 hours, wonderful customer service, wonderful truck driver who turned up with 12 tonnes and happy to load were needed with a smile, while we were swamped out and miserable and not enough and booked me in for for next morning with another 20 tonne, Thank you for such quick and friendly service, helping us with floods washing out our driveway on working farm in Jamberoo

The staff at Albion Park Rail are amazing and delivery drive was awesome put the mulch where wanted it placed. Thankyou

Girl working the front desk, incredibly rude, arrogant, and portrays an attitude that she doesn’t want anyone to come in, will not be returning and I am a repeat customer over many years, have told everyone I know to use dapto sands and soils or the unanderra or belambi yards.

A good variety of landscaping and bricklaying materials. Easy to bring your own trailer or they will deliver bulk supplies.

Had one tonne of timber delivered, absolute rubbish. Tried to communicate with manager dennis by phone and in person and basically just got fogged off. When i split the timber it has not been season and is wet inside. They did say they would replace it if i returned myself. Zero after sales service or customer care.

Fire wood is rubbish wet as and ask for half tone get 150kgs of dirt with it never again will I buy it from here

I would give them a zero if possible.
Warning to anyone who asks MJ Rowles to make up a screed mix for you. They said they would mix it up to their predetermined ratio and deliver it to your job site.
The screed never set. They completely miscalculated the mix ratio. You can see in the photos that it looks like sand and NO cement.
I spoke to the manager Dennis who was in complete denial that they were at fault even though the made it using their own mix ratio!
I then had to get my builder to remove it all and ad more cement to it and lay it again.to my cost.
I wrote to them saying I will go to Fair Trading and I get no reply.
Terrible customer service and a very arrogant.

Every time I have gone to MJ Rowles the staff have been very helpful and always try their best to assist as best as possible.

When I went to Albion Park on Saturday morning the young girl Chris at the front counter was absolutely lovely, and the young man Dan was also there and assisted us with our request absolutely fantastically.

I thoroughly enjoy dealing with MJ Rowles. The products are always good quality and the employees are always so nice to us.
I recommend MJ Rowles to all family and friends that need landscaping products.
