Can’t fault the phone sales team. Rang to ask about the black stainless steel colour and they were very helpful.

This has to be one of the worst companies.
Impossible to get any info out of them, cannot get a brand new aircon sorted. The company is making it far too hard to get anything fixed. It’s not like it gets cold in winter and we need heating anyway… I would love to give negotiate 5 stars.

Worst customer service. The consultant I talked was very rude and did not try to listen to what I was saying and very grumpy all the time. Even one star is a waste.

Very misleading in job advertisement, very judgemental on your career background, and choices of your priorities. They make your mind up for you without consulting you first.

Worst service ever. I spend nearly 3000 for my Mitsubishi fridge. Expecting it should have a good quality. Unfortunately the parts brokend in its second year. I rang up for service, customer service was very bad, being rude to me, not listening to what i said. I wrote few email with my pictures. I only got one reply. No one telling me when they will come to fix my fridge. I have to chase Mitsubishi to find out what is happening. Very disappointed with your service.

Very poor after sales service. Called to ask questions about my air-con and Jennifer asked me to send an email with the serial no etc. No reply for a week until another follow up email but did not provide me with much information at all. Not helpful and a waste of time dealing with them.
