We have dealt with Mitronics for a while now. Hands down best staff response and customer service. Their product suite is brilliant too.

The team behind Mitronics have been exceptional from the day we initially inquired to when our printer got delivered to us.
The setup process was easy, and we were very impressed by the level of support we received, including a comprehensive demonstration on how to use the printer.
We would particularly like to thank Marilyn, Paul and Damien for their efforts and customer service. We definitely made the right decision by choosing Mitronics and would recommend them to any business looking to implement a seamless printing solution.

I short while ago I contacted Mitronics for ink cartridges (because I wanted to shop locally and not fund the Office Works machine) and I spoke to Jeannette. She told me that Jacqui was the person I needed to speak to but she was on hold on another line. I asked if I could hold and Jeannette said that she needed my email address and phone number and Jacqui would call me back. I then told Jeannette that unfortunately I really didn’t have time for that process as I needed the information as soon as possible so I said: “That’s ok I’ll call back a bit later”. Jeannette then told me that she was sorry she couldn’t place me on hold as she fields all incoming calls and directs the calls on…but again insisted that if I left my number, Jacqui would call me back…again I said: “That’s ok, I’ll call back soon, thank you for your time, I appreciate it”…and then I heard what sounded like Jeannette hanging up on me!
I called back a second later and introduced myself and asked Jeannette whether the line dropped out or whether she hung up on me as I was saying goodbye to her. Jeanette said: “No, there was no one on the line”. So then I proceeded to try and tell Jeannette what I was saying when the line “dropped out” that I was thanking her for her time etc… and she interrupted me defensively saying that she didn’t hang up on me…so I told Jeannette that since she was on the front line of the company, she ought to be very customer service focused and not interrupt customers while they are trying speak as it doesn’t serve for good customer relations…and…again before I could finish what I was saying, she attempted to interrupt me again! …Again I asked her to allow me to finish.again she interrupted me…UNbelievable…So then seeing that this was a futile exercise, I said: “Ok then Jeannette, thanks very much, goodbye and again she hung up on me like before but at least this time she allowed me complete the sentence.
Clearly, management doesn’t care and has absolutely no repercussions in place for staff that interact with customers in such a rude, combative, uncivilised and egregiously unprofessional manner. Truly disgraceful behaviour from your company’s representative. This isn’t the first time your staff failed at providing professional customer service via phone contact either. Perhaps a rudimentary course addressing emotional maturity, respectful and congenial verbal communication might be in order for all concerned. Perhaps knowing that management does not tolerate this type of disrespectful behaviour towards customers, staff will be more motivated to respond more professionally. Since they clearly do not possess the internal resources or motivation, perhaps external motivation via consequences from the managers might be required. VERY UPSETTING INDEED!

Dealing with Mitronics was easy from the start of our enquiry through to purchase and installation. Sales reps knew their products, install techs very helpful with our queries, and ongoing service and supply has been faultless.
