I have always used these guys for key cutting, but today they outdid themselves! A very emotional day after losing 2 Fur Babies & was on my way to picking up a shoe that they were fixing for me (again another gr8 service) & saw on the bench "slate" tiles that could be engraved.now I had seen similar on the internet for up to $40 each & was going to purchase them, but found identical 1s here & having them engraved on the spot was the most wonderful "light" to my day. Thanku guys for always being friendly, professional & helpful in so many u ways!

We turned up not long before close desperate to engrave a birthday present. Both staff members were happy to help us out and did an incredible job!

I bought a new remote for my garage door and had some difficulty with getting it to connect. Joshua volunteered to come to our home to connect it and did so promptly. A very pleasant and unexpected service.

Fantastic service received by Josh. It was two minutes to closing time yet he still was able to help me find a remote that will work for my garage. I’m genuinely grateful and highly recommend Mr Minit at Tweed maul to everybody.

Josh was very professional and went above and beyond replacing a spare electrical car key. Due to the fact the store was closed the next day and I didn’t have my car available at the shopping centre for him to pair the new key to my vehicle. He popped by my house on his way home to ensure the key was connected to the cars computer system to save me a trip back to the tweed city mall on the Monday. Fantastic customer service.

The boys working here are legends. The misses and I, finally had a night out together without the kids. She needed to get her high heels fixed. It was last minute before they closed and they were able to to squeeze us in. They did a fantastic job, saved our night out together, at such short notice.

Amazing customer service from Josh and Flynn. Earlier this week I was in need of 2 Keys copies and a remote battery replacement. I got there at closing time and they still got me sorted even if they were about to go. They got the job done within 1 minute! Highly recommend!

Hey guys, the mister minit here at tweed mall was incredible. I got an extremely nice bloke down there named Josh, he hooked me up with a replacement key and buzzer for a remarkable price, he was cheaper then any of the other mister minit quotes on the coast and he was overall a great bloke always up for a chat. From now on I’ll be doing all my keys through Josh. Thanks a lot for being a great bloke and the professionalism of your trade is unmatched ️

What great service! Josh is worth his weight in gold. My fave old pair of Rossis were so effective at repelling anything from the soles, re-soling them was a real challenge. I brought them back after the first round and Josh said he’d make it right. You gotta hand it to this guy - he worked MAGIC to put my soles back on my boots. And it works! So grateful to have my trusty boots back - and grateful to Josh for going the serious extra mile and then some to make it good.

I’ve just been served by Josh, I found him most helpful and obliging. He fixed my bag within a few days, replaced my battery on my car. He had a line of people, clearly he was busy (some customers weren’t patient) he remained composed, accomodating and helpful. Well done Josh

I don't normally do reviews. But the young man Josh at the Mister Minit at Tweed Mall is such a professional, polite man with excellent service. Have never had to go back with any complaints from keys cut to perfection, batteries for car keys, watches. Would recommend Josh at Tweed Mall Mister Minute in a heartbeat.

Fabulous customer service. The wonderful people at Mr Minute Tweed Mall did not even flinch when I turned up with my friends leg brace that was in need of repair, they just looked at it and had it fixed up in no time at all so we could continue to enjoy our holiday. Josh has fantastic customer service skills, solves alot of issues when it comes to cutting car keys and fitting watches with suitable replacement bands the man performs magic

Josh is professional and knowledgeable. I incorrectly gave him the wrong year of my car model and after programming the key, without a fuss he reprogrammed it for me. He continued working on this even though it was after 5pm. Can recommend 100% for service and professionalism.
