6I left my ankle boots early August for repair my last words before leaving them were my instructions on what they require also letting her know that I am a diabetic and please treat my shoes with great care. So a Fortnight later I collect my shoes to learn that none of my instructions had been adhered. Reinforcing the back of the shoe and fixing the soul of the heals, The heels had been completely changed and were the wrong shape and height for my boots, they were too high so much so I couldn’t wear the boots without falling forward and the back of the shoe that I asked to have reinforced was without doubt a shoddy job. 3 months the owner has had promising to fix the situation but nothing. I called him a couple of times and his only answer was my boots were older which is irrelevant to me as I still wear them, they could be 20 years old for all I care, they are the most comfortable ankle boots ever. I am a diabetic. Where are my boots?
Never opened! I’ve been here 4 times in the last week needing something engraved now I won’t have it in time! Ridiculous!

Quick service and usually quality goods but the velcro watch band you sold me for $40 lasted a day before the glue gave out. I could have got a much better deal online. Pretty unhappy with the purchase.
