Mister Minit Stockland Shellharbour

Albion Park Mitsubishi wanted $380 for the fob and key and then i had to take it away to get cut then take it back to them and they wanted $180 to program it mind you they sold the car to me with only one key and promised a spare key which they never did so i went to Mister Minit thinking this is going to cost heaps and what a shock when i got a new fob and key all for $90. I will be going back in the future to Mister Minit he does a great job and is a bloody good price

Very handy but pricey, owner seems unhappy everytime I have used his keycutting service or metal watchband adjustment service. Still gets the job done.

Took lock and key back, he took key messed arround, gave back i am standing at counter, still binding and sometimes not working, he took it off me turned it a couple times and said “ there it works for me”
got home binding badly and most times wont open,
threw in garbage, and will go to a Real Locksmith somewhere,

We called Mr Minit this morning to double check opening hours, the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. We just wanted to check if the store was open and the response we got was "we answered the phone didn't we" actually still in shock at the rudeness of this person and the poor customer service.

They offered the best service they actually replaced my faulty car keys and did a great price i definitely recommend these guys and they are definitely trustworthy. Great support and they do the job right not like others.

Mr Minit in Dapto on the other hand is way better with a more family friendly atmosphere and a genuine feel to wanting to help.

Went for a job interview with Mr Minit Stockland, after the interview I was offered an unpaid trial.

During the 1st and 2nd trial he made comments about my weight and that I would need to shave my beard as I looked unprofessional and people might get the wrong idea (I agreed I would clean my beard up for the job). He also would make comments about any young ladys walking past and quiet often gesturing to look in there direction.
After the second unpaid trial he was pushing me for a 3rd and 4th unpaid trial, I argued the fact that at this point he either wants me to start working or not.

He ended up offering me the job but was unable to help himself with one last comment about my weight.

Which is where I walked away and said im no longer interested in the job.

It has been a while now and I have noticed quiet a few young guys doing "unpaid trials" and he still has a job application up on seek and indeed.

Had battery to Swatch watch replaced yesterday only to find the watch has apparently stopped working. The shop owner John still charged the $19.95 battery replacement fee for a minutes work, no argument no good will and this despite the fact I had purchased $54.90 of other services at the same time. John you have just purchased a $19.95 negative marketing plan! I won't be back.

Yikes insanely expensive. Wish I knew about Abbey engraving in Albion Park before being charged over $100 for 12 padlock keys

Had a silver bracelet engraved with 5 names on it. The guy did a great job, very pleased with it.

Terrible, the person working was rude and short with me and when I asked would I be able to have something engraved similar to how my disabled client had written I was told he would only do his style of writing and nothing else

Overpriced and arrogant! The old man is just money hungry. Wanted $35 to cut a key, and I had my own blank! Then said no guarantees. Crazy. I walked.

Took my shoe to get fixed was told a price of $25 and told to come back in half an hour. I came back 40 mins later and went to pay, took out $25 then the old man said rudely No $30. I told him that he quoted me $25 but he just kept on saying, No $30. I know its just an extra $5 but that's not the point. You guys are way overpriced.

Friendly and fast service. Would 100% recommend. Will definitely be back for a shoe re-heeling.
