Mister Minit Southgate

They charged me for the fob with the key and couldn't program the fob. I kept coming back to fix it. I ended up with car key without working fob. The other guy did it in 10 min. At the end i couldnt even get a refund. Poor customer service and attitude. If you want to program your fob, get a real specialist.

I have been here before and, this smooth operator, ripped me off before and again he ripped me off this week again. My experience with him is frustrating, he charged me $25 and bunnings had it for $4, I don't mind paying a price but to be ripped off is an other thing.
Im wounder if you can put your head on your pillow and sleep buddy.

Charged me $17.9 for two door keys which was very expensive. Both keys did not work! The keys does not even go into the door lock (refer to attached images)

Went back to ask for a refund and the owner refused stating that I should switch the lock instead.

Very very poor experience offering no solution to the customer.

Absolutely poor experience, would not recommend and would not come back.

I bought a old car few months ago and it come only with a very used key that was almost snapping. So I went to Mister Minit in Southgate shopping mall, and besides doing a new key, Joey was able to get a new remote control for my car! I really recommend!

I had some engraving done & shoes repaired, very happy with both outcomes. Joey was very friendly & helpful, especially with the engraving as they were very small items. Highly recommend this local business

My car keys needed new battery. Arjun put the new battery, checked it and gave me the receipt to keep if anything goes wrong, is to go back to him. Arjun is all about going out of his way to make a customers need met. Today as i was passing by i thought i better say thank you to this person. I got to talk to Joe (Think he was the boss). He was very polite and heard my story. I am a very happy customer and wish Joey and Arjun all the best. Great team

Joey was able to fix my key fob that had been broken for years. I had taken it to numerous professionals who all told me it couldn't be fixed. Joey had it fixed in a a few days and at a fraction of the price of a replacement. He went above and beyond fixing this for me and I can't recommend him highly enough. A miracle worker!

Great little shop, the service is fast and I've never had to take a key back as it's always cut right the first time, he's also good at engraving and shoe repair.

Lady behind the counter was very disgruntled at having to leave her greasy lunch to attend the counter to serve me.
She then seemed very uninterested in repairing my leather belt and told me it couldn't be done.
Took my belt to mister minit in Miranda and the guy had my belt stitched up as good as new in five minutes, all with a smile on his face.
I will never give mister minit Southgate my custom again.

Bought a key ring from this guy and decided to go back and buy another one, he then tells me he undercharged me I then purchased one more at the correct price he then proceedes to take what I owed him from the first purchase! Who's the thief now? Fuckwit!
