Mister Minit Rouse Hill reviews
22Would not recommend for engraving! They ruined two Frank Green drink bottles with awful engraving that looked nothing like their artwork or the size agreed on and then were so rude and dismissive and tried to charge more than quoted. The man has no customer service skills and treated my children and I terribly. My 7yr old was sobbing and he took no steps at all to try to help only made it worse and worse to the point I just left.
DO NOT GO! Cut 7 keys, 3 of them not turning, 2 not even going in. Cost $10 each but Bunning cost $2. I have been there three times for a refund of the keys, and every time staff said boss not here today, com in the other day. Finally, I got a refund by standing in front of their shop and calling fair trading.
Charged $20 for a letter to be engraved. Letter was dodgy and stated it’s a bit dodgy and he said it’s because it’s hand done, not by machine. Still don’t expect there to be jolting lines. Rip off
Money dog. I was cut a key month ago and charged me 15 dollars. But this time this guy charge me 50 for same key.
Seriously sick of retailers that close early. I went up to rouse hill Mister Miniit today - 30 mins before close. They had decided to close early
This is very bad customer service - and there is no excuse for it
If you are advertised as open, you need to be trading
PS - further to response below, it was Rouse Hill, not Ashfield
Money dog. I was cut a key month ago and charged me 15 dollars. But this time this guy charge me 50 for same key.
About 2 weeks after when i pass this shop i asked the price again, the indian ask for $250. U guys r hopeless
Hopeless service. Went there to resize two watches and the Indian guy was so rude. Very poor workmanship and when I questioned that he said he has been doing the same for 22 years, wonder how. I told him I’m not happy to which he said take it somewhere else now pay and leave thanks.
Will never ever go here again wasted my money. I could have bought a Resize kit and done it instead of getting this appalling service.
Don’t go here, I asked for a quote over the phone. The guy was rude and hung up.
Very poor customer service.
The engraving done on a very difficult glass object was expertly done! Friendly, willing to take on a challenge and great skill. Thank you, cannot recommend highly enough
I was told 15 minutes to replace a watch battery. I said half hour is fine as I had some shopping to do. I returned over an hour later and he had done nothing. He did apologise but that is expected when a service isn’t provided.
I’m only posting because this isn’t the first time.
Don’t go here, rude character. Tall bald guy.
The key was not perfect and I asked why and he was rude and couldn’t take 2 seconds to correct it, just said the machine doesn’t make mistakes. But obvious the person using the machine can. I lined my original key and second copy together, and they were slightly off at the bottom. Obviously I’m not going to go home and try it and come back if it doesn’t work so I asked him why it’s off and he said the machine doesn’t make mistakes and handed me back the keys and turns his back to do nothing. Rude. And it was $10 to copy a key. And he couldn’t take 10 seconds to answer a question and explain to me if that’s an issue or not for me to use the key. How do you treat people like that. Let alone when you’re the only person representing the business. Go learn some people skills first.
Product is dodgy, and forget about the service. Don’t support people who can’t run a business.
Left my Thomas Sabo ($800) watch in for a new battery and they put the watch into a vice so tight that it twisted the metal band. When I returned to collect my watch I noticed it, and was told they would send it away to the watch maker for a new strap. 1 week later, no phone call from them, so I decided to stop by and check on it. I got my watch back but it most definitely wasn’t sent away for a new band, it looks like a “quick fix” on their part as the strap is still twisted. Called the shop to discuss and they said nothing can be done now. I am absolutely disgusted by this and will be taking further action.
Popped into Mr Minit in Rouse Hill on a Monday afternoon for a watch band alteration and was lucky enough to be served by the wonderful Ash. He assisted with all my questions and did a great job on the watch. Such a quick and easy experience! Thank you Ash! You’re a legend!
My wife went to get the battery of my watch replaced for me. When going back to collect she was confidently given a different watch and told it was the right one. Unfamiliar with my watch, she accepted it. After realising the mistake a few minutes later she returned to give back the wrong watch she had been given.
When she arrived the staff member took zero responsibility for misplacing two people's watches, proceeded to blame my wife as if she'd attempted to steal the watch, and was extremely rude and heated. An understandable mistake, but atrocious service and highly unprofessional follow up.
Excellent job and very friendly customer service. I always go to Mister Minit Rousehill town centre for car keys and battery replacement and never have any problem. Thank you for Great service.
Brilliant service. If you are looking for watch battery replacement that needs pressure testing, this is the place to go. Nearly half the price of everyone else
Been using that store for long time now, great service and very pleasant to deal with all the staff there.
My wife fixes her shoes there and always happy with the service and the work done on it.
Beware! Extremely disappointed with the service. The serviceman broke our watch while attempting to replace the battery. But then denied opening it and breaking it. Not impressed. Nor would we recommend them to anyone.
Horrible customer service, condescending and rude. Instead of engaging in a positive discussion, I was told to go somewhere else. "We have enough customers, go elsewhere. "
In this day and age, with so much competition for business, one would think respect and decency would be the cornerstone of any honest and decent business.
Go somewhere else I will indeed. Somewhere worthy of my patronage.
I have used this shop several times and he always does great work and is very polite and professional.
