Amazing service and great craftsmanship at this Mister Minit! My well loved leather boots were repaired and the quality of the repair is 10/10! Friendly staff as well, highly recommend for shoe repair.

I've visited this place twice – once to repair a broken watch buckle and once to add extra holes to a leather belt. The service was excellent and quick. I highly recommend it for any quick fixes related to watches and leather products. Special thanks to Diego for his assistance!

Disgusting service - drop off shoes to be repaired - paid in advance no problem told 3pm or can charge more for 1 hour service - dropped off aprox 930am…
Go to collect at 315 and get told sorry not done here is your money back and the broken shoe… Have 45 minutes to buy a pair of shoes now for function tonight could have called to say back log and won’t be on time

I am a regular at Mister Minit QVB CBD Sydney and I am super grateful to the guys who work there! Every pair of shoes is repaired perfectly. Every time I drop by with little things like a lost screw on my sunnies or a broken zip on my bag Hector just magically fixes everything. Sometimes doesn't even charge! Thank you heaps!

I usually take my repairs here as it’s convenient on the way to and from work but I’ve found that their work is poor quality and their quotes always change. On top of that the customer service from the manager is so appalling I’ve had enough, I’d rather go out of my way to use a different cobbler now. Recommend to avoid this particular mister minit.

Such a great and positive business. Diego is friendly, honest and genuine person who knows what he is doing. I have been to many places where they tried to rip me off for minor services. Here, you get best service and he goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Not many good businesses left here in Sydney. So if you're around QVB area definitely check them out. Diego is an absolute legend, great service and advice. After realising that my watch didn’t have a battery problem there was no charge, and
everything was ready within 30 minutes! Highly recommend.

I have going to the Mr Minit QVB team for the past10 years or so. They always provide professional and courteous service. I use all their services and wouldn't go anywhere else for shoe repairs and battery replacement for my watches. When they say a time it will be ready, it is ready. Great service. Great customer service. Went in to have an door bell battery replaced. The team at Mister Minit ended up looking into the issue and advised the battery was not an issue and did not charge us for their time. Thank you Mister MInit

I took my watch to replace battery and returned 20 minutes later to be told that battery was fine, but watch had been cleaned and worked perfectly! NO CHARGE! Such kindness.
