I stopped in very late on a Thursday night to enquire about having some engraving done, fully expecting to have to leave the item and pick it up another day due to the time.

Despite it being almost closing time the guys set up the machine and did it on the spot, no drama at all.

For over 10 years now, I've suffered from achilles tendonopathy to the point where I now require surgery.   Consequently, I've been unable to walk without cutting into the backs of shoes, countless orthotics, height inserts and various ankle braces.   Unfortunately, the injury got so bad, I had to stop walking altogether.   I was already obese so not being to exercise was getting me really down.   It wasn't until a short time ago that my partner had suggested I get a heel added to a pair of sneakers.   The sneakers themselves were cheap but were the only ones that did not hurt the back of my heels so I approached Mister Minit to see if they could help.   Well,  I cannot thank Mister Minit enough.   Nepean MM referred my request to Mani in Penrith Plaza and he was brilliant.   He took the time to contact me and discuss my needs as well as explaining his proposed adjustments.   Thanks to his work, I've been able to comfortably walk in a pair of sneakers for the first time in years so if you see a big lady walking around, crying tears of joy, that'll be me!   Mani, you're an absolute godsend and I cannot thank you enough for what you've done.   I used to walk so much (hence, the injuries) so to be able to walk again means the world to me.   Thank you,  Thank you,  Thank you,  Thank you,  Thank you,  Thank you!

I was quoted $877 for a new key for my 2005 Subaru vehicle by Subaru dealer. These guys provided a new key for me for $250. Great service.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I got a spare car key cut and there was a problem with the new key not working. One of their staff came back to my car to see what the problem was and took the key back for adjustments. He had to make 3 trips in total to my car before key was right. Thank you. I was so blown away by the young man's manners and the fact he kept going back and forth untill the problem was fixed and the key worked. I highly recommend this place.

Needed a pen engraving done for a gift, and despite being a busy Sunday afternoon I was served quickly and in a friendly manner. Job was ok. The young boy at counter have very good customer service skill.

Lower rating due to the older guy over ther (out of 3) who spoke in very condescending tone when went to pick up the key. I understand not everyone have a good day at work everyday or can have mood swings, but customer's should not be treated badly.
