Mister Minit Parramatta

The guy in this shop of lvl 5 parramatta Westfield was very rude, just today on wed i went to make key copy, he was on break i guess, after long wait he came back and i talked to him, the way he speaks with customer is very rude and bad attitude.

Thank you to Jarrod who was so helpful over the phone and in-person to help me out last-minute with an engraving on a necklace for a gift. So appreciative for your kindness & professionalism! Thanks again!

I got 4 sets of additional holes punched into my weightlifting belt. It was not an easy job as the belt is much thicker than regular belts. The kind shopkeeper not only managed to do it perfectly but he refused to charge me for the service. I was a bit taken aback by it, that was very kind and graceful of him. Great customer service!

Inconsiderate, incompetent and rude.

Got a pet tag done, said to come back in 30mins. When received it was different to what was said and he was cutting corners to save. Asked him to do what was agreed and he said to come back in 15mins. I came back 20mins later nothing was done. Didn’t apologise or admitted his mistake. What a waste of time and money and just bad vibes and very bad customer service. Won’t come here again. Terrible.

Went there today to get my car key cut with a remote shell that I purchased on eBay. Whomever the man was on shift today said that he doesn't usually do them as it might not work & told me to go to a locksmith instead. Funny how they had a poster advertising new car keys replacements available but i guess he didn't want to do it because i already had a blank key so he wouldn't be making money on it & the $10 to cut the key alone wasn't worth his time. I then went to Mister Mint at Chatswood & the guy took less than 5 mins cutting it & i started the car with it just fine! I'm assuming the man that turned me away was the owner of the shop or a very lazy employee, either way I'd never visit them for anything again!

I accidentally wrote a previous review thinking it was the other key cutting place on level 1!

The lovely man with the glasses (I can't remember his name) was so helpful and handy with engraving my fiancé's wedding band. He even offered to do it by hand and explained the risks. Will definitely be going back, thanks again!

Had my designer shoes there to add soles but they break my leather, added black polish on my light shoes and can't get it off and the poor quality work has totally ruined my shoes. So upset about this and the guy took 3 days.

Great customer service and was not afraid to recommend someone else to ensure I got the correct replacements

You sold me a nurses watch an hour before my shift started, and 45 minutes before you were supposed to open. Thankyou for being considerate and helping a frustrated health care worker out.

Steer clear of the guy on level 5. We were recommended to go to him by another local shop. What an absolute mistake. He has absolutely no customer service skills and to be frank he is a rip off. I will never use his services again. Go see the guy down stairs on level 2. I genuinely have no idea how anyone can survive with service like his. No more work from me, Steve. Had my keys done by him not long ago and thought he was rude. Second time confirmed he is horrendous.

Good job. Good time. It could have been cheaper. But I was not going to argue over $3.00 during Christmas.

I came into Mr Minit Parramatta to ask about a new car key and it's lucky I did! My key was old and the button seals were completely broken exposing the circuit boards inside. If any water was to get inside and my key stopped working I would have to pay $600 for a new one! Luckily the key was still working and I was able to get a new key cut and coded for less than $150. I had trouble linking the key to my car and he even came to my car and helped me link it. I can't thank him enough, he really got me out of a potentially dangerous situation if I key had stopped working in the middle of no where.

It’s the worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend this shop. His attitude is very rude. I don’t want to give this shop even 1 star.

I work here with Steven and I just wanted to say he is a great teacher, I am really enjoying it. He has made my learning experience fun in a constructive way! I have learnt a lot of things that I never pictured myself doing 10 years ago but I think the job found me and I have found where I belong.

Steve is nice, quick and professional. I got a new car key case for $70 in 10 minutes. The same shop in Broadway shopping centre quoted $100 and 1 h. In Bondi, they said $110 and 1 h. Thanks Steve, great work
