I went to Mister Minit yesterday to get my car key repaired and the service was quick and great. The staff were helpful and got the job done within 15 minutes, much quicker than I expected. The new key worked perfect and looked as good as new!

Bought a hand held garage door opener and there were a few hiccups as it would not programme in, Matt went out of his way to help and assured me he would get it working. As to no success with all the procedures Matt went out of his way AGIAN and came to my house to re-programme the remote and now working perfectly. This kind of customer service is very rare these days as i know very well it's all about profit and these guys know the value of a customer. I have had key cuttings and engraving done and have never been dissapointed. With what Matt did today i couldn't thank him enough. Their customer sevice was above and beyond my expectations.

Needed to have some car keys replaced. Had some difficulties with the syncing and key blank, however by the end of the process they were successful. Given how busy they were and being met with constant challenges they did a great job, the customer service was excellent, the professionalism outstanding i would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

I came in yesterday about 5-10mins before they closed cause my remote on my car wasn't working, Matt offered to come in 1hr early the next morning and like he said he was here at 8am ready to go, awesome customer services and very friendly I'll definitely do coming back to see in him the future.
