Had my watch fixed here, welcomed very politely, fixed my watch and gave me a 2 year warranty for the battery.left with a greeting. I definitely recommend the service here.

Poor service wanted my car keys fixed the worker said ok she said come back in 15-20mins went back she went to lunch for an hour so I waited for a extra hour went to inspect my keys and she said she had only fix half the key as parts weren’t available if she had told me this from the start I wouldn’t have wasted my time she told me it’s only half the price but the key wasn’t fixed so I told no I’m not going to pay you because your service is poor and lazy I rang the lock smith in Plumton he was able to fix my key for half the price and a perfect job (to the owner of this halfway shop wake up to your self train your employees properly

Mr. A. Trilyum did an excellent job to duplicate the remote car key on our Honda Jazz. He was polite, helpful, and provided quick service.

Purchased a key ring and had it engraved, was impressed the guy managed to fit all the words into such a small space so neatly. Half an hour between walking to the counter and picking up my personalised key ring, great customer service and got exactly what I was after!

Went there to fix my car keys and the man failed to fix it twice and the key was so bad that when I went to turn it on the car broke down left with us calling NRMA and paying $700 for a new key. Extremely unprofessional and didn’t care

Absolute garbage engraving for $20. No choice of font and very poorly hand drawn. Do yourself a favor and get your engravings done at Penrith, NOT Mt Druitt. Have had engraving services there before that turned out perfect with no issues. Overall very disappointed.

Apparently that is not an e before the s. The guy was rude when we raised the issue and the engraving isn't even straight. All this service for $40, never again.

Got my key fob broken in Westfield.
Since, I was not sure if it is a key or a car issue.
Lady at the counter helped to check both and make and programmed new key.
Really appreciate the extra effort she put to identify the issue!

The woman that works in this place was extremely disrespectful and should be given the bloody boot. (fullstop) Charged me big dollars, for a key thats not even working. Go to primary school and learn some manners! Dont get your key fobs done there people.

Terrible services the lady will give you a poor excuse that she is pregnant and will not fix your issue. Absolutely RUDE never had a problem in the past with the guys who works there. Would definitely not reccomend this place.
No customer service experience

DO NOT GET SHOES REPAIRED HERE!

I had my strappy high heels repaired here.

When I went to pick the heels up I asked the guy if I had to wait before I wear them, he said 'no, youre good to go'. I wore them the very next night and they fell apart while I was out.

The sole of the shoe literally came away from the shoe while I was at a bar. I had to hobble with one heel on my left foot and the broken heel in my hand out of the club to my uber.

Very poor experience, ending up having to call Kylie at head office who was very very helpful and knowable with her products, she was able to ring the store and get things sorted.
