I had the best experience with Mister Minit at Martin Place. I had taken a knife to be engraved at a shop around the corner and they had done a dreadful job. I took the knife to Scott at Mister Minit and he did an amazing job at fixing it (and wouldn’t even accept payment!) One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Bend over backwards to help you and their workmanship is fantastic. Got quoted $750 to fix my swiss watch at the jeweler I purchased it from at these guys did it for $80 in two days. Can't recommend highly enough.

A significant area right at the front of the shoe got scrapped off badly. It was nude colour and so the black underneath became visible. They tried to cover it with glue and made it worse. This will cost me a new pair of shoes. Not happy.

Have visited Mister Minit several times for shoe repairs. Earlier today I had an emergency where the grip at the bottom of the heel of my shoe had fallen off whilst i was at lunch. Fortunately i was close to Mister Minit. Scott fixed the shoe within minutes and for a really good price and I was on my way.

Have never been disappointed in all my visits.

Had my fourite shoes repaired here. Friendly staff, great quality work, super fast (could pick up same day), reasonably priced. I was described the result in detail to avoid surprises. Highly recommended!
