Both James and Emma are a legend. Extremely professional and more importantly Extremely ethical and understanding.
I took my shattered and broken car keys to them. James fixed it in minutes. He did not even charge me a cent. I have been quoted from $250-300 for the same job elsewhere. Definitely and highly recommended.

Do not buy a garage remote here, they are massively overpriced. Bought a Merlin remote for $100, then realised that other stores (including Bunnings & Amazon) sell them for much cheaper ($55 or under). To top it off, this shop does not provide refunds for change of mind, which is well below community expectations nowadays. So please think twice before buying anything from here.

James from Mister Minit Macquarie is a legend! A very intelligent problem solver who managed to fix the clip of my watch that has been sitting around for a couple of years after few failed attempts by other watch repairer. I am so grateful for your help James. Just amazed by how skilful you are at repairing things so just “take my money! ” But wait you were also so kind and said you enjoyed the challenge and not to worry about it. Absolutely amazing service from Emma at Mister Minit! I've brought in my backpacks 2x now to be fixed and she goes above and beyond. Does an amazing job, does it quickly and provides excellent customer service. She should be promoted and/or given a raise!

Was looking to get my nephew's Christening gift engraved and was recommended to Mister Minit Macquarie Park, and I'm thankful for it. James' work was flawless, he told me he's been doing this for 10 years and it shows. His colleague on the day was also overlooking the job, and that showed me how meticulous these guys are. I was considering getting the gift laser engraved, but I'm glad I didn't, because - in my opinion - James' work looked much more natural and made the gift that much more meaningful. Would highly recommend James and his team.

Absolutely by far the best mister minute! The customer service I received was outstanding. Went to get a battery for my sons watch and soon after realised the watch was broken but the lovely team at this store didn’t let me leave until the fix it. They completely went out of their way.
I highly recommend this store.

Super RUDE, I just came out of WW & standed at the door way for 1 sec, exactly 1 sec to wait for my husband, the lady there talked to me in a very aggressive - rude way, she wanted me to move out of the way, excuse me, you can talk to people nicely, and I was not in the way or block the way at all, why had to be so RUDE girl? If you hate your life so much or hate the job so much, quit then, why had to be so negative?

Nothing related to this business but by the act & attitude of its staff, I am surely never use any services from this business.

Needed help with a padlock missing a key, and almost resorted to buying my own bolt cutters, but James was strong enough to cut them off with a regular pair of wire cutters! Got the padlock dealt with within 2 minutes, and was on my way!

I have to say James is a wonder and managed to fix and reprogram a car key that had been wiped. This saved me money and thankful for his patience to get the job done. High recommend. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff. Fixed a problem with the inner lining of my shoe at no cost instead of selling me the padding that I went to the shop for.

Had an old pair of well loved and well worn R M Williams boots that I was considering throwing away and purchasing a replacement pair.
James, Emma and Grace at Mr Minit Macquarie were able to save and restore my boots to near new condition with a 6 month warranty.

I highly recommend their service and expertise.

I just engraved my dog’s name tag here few min.ago and their service was quick and high quality!

Just had my puppies collar tags engraved here! James did a great job and personalised them both for me at my request I'll be sure to keep these forever now i was served by a lovely girl Emma who was very efficient, inviting and knowledgable.

They helped me cut new keys which were not so well cut previously. No charge, just a friendly and quick service

This is a late review but Dan at Mister Minit did an amazing job engraving my husbands name on my present in Chinese. She was so patient and did some practice runs to make sure it was perfect. I couldn't recommend the service enough. Hands down the best service I've received at any engraving store. Thank you Dan!

Lots of people went to competitive watch battery stall. Unfortunately Macquarie Centre don't have another shoe repair store.
Very poor service.

Bad bad service wanted to charge me $65 for some Topi on my brand new $350 shoes, sole only no heels. Told me I had to wait 3 days and pay upfront, I said No and he asked for a deposit I said my $350 shoes should be enough he said No so so did I. So rude and so unhelpful I'll find an independent forget these franchises they don't care
