ALESSANDRO! Absolute legend. I walked in and asked for engraving on a glass dome and he HAND done it all within 5-10minutes and it looks AMAZING! We will definitely be back for the craftsmanship. You can tell he takes pride in his work. A+

I was reluctant to get another item hand engraved after a disaster job at another location but Alessandro was professional, reassuring and lovely to deal with. He did beautiful engraving on glass while I waited.

Very bad customer service. Alessandro was so rude and disrespectful. He ruined my bag and couldn't care less about it. When i dropped off the bag i made sure that he was able to fix it properly, and Brendan assured me that it would be done perfectly. It was all talk. Alessandro ripped the leather off the straps and when I mentioned it he said "yea it got caught up in the machine when i was sewing it and it ripped". So piece of advice don't set foot there.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alessandro at Mister Minit and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service and attention to detail. Alessandro is a true professional and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work.

Not only did he fix my shoes in a timely manner, but he went above and beyond to ensure that they were restored to their original condition. Alessandro took the time to explain the repair process to me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Alessandro must attend some classes for customer service! He is so rude and when you talk to him he makes you feel so bad. He has very rude behaviour towards his customers, he is not professional at all. People, save your time and money and go somewhere else! Do not give yourself bad treatment at his store. A couple of my friends also went to his store and all of them had a bad experience and now we are avoiding him at all costs.

Recently had my boots and watches repaired. Customer service was first class, everyone I dealt with was really helpful and accommodating. Affordable prices and excellent results. Highly recommend

Went to these guys looking for a new car key. The key programming for my car is complicated. They guys were persistent and managed to finish the job. Really professional, and friendly service. Thanks guys.

Expensive got done at a cheaper place downstairs for half the money done in 20 mins this place is ok if y want to pay double for something

Alessandro is not trustworthy man and he dishonest man, I ever seen, I have given key for duplicate but he lost the key which is unacceptable, I got stressful and painful

Absolutley would never use Mr Minit again under the new owner. The old owner was amazing and did a perfect job on keys, leather shoes, boots, bags, engraving you name it he did it perfectly. I would not take my leather goods here ever again. My expensive leather goods came back in the same condition and worse with nothing done to it, he obviously has no experience with leather care. I took it to another proffessional and he confirmed that its terrible and we were ripped off basically paying for Mr minit at macarthur square near woolworths to do nothing. This other guy told us how to clean our own leather goods and we did it easily. I think this is one for fair trading.

Went last week to get one of my shoes fixed as it had one small tear, he quoted us $10. I also asked for the price of a clean he quoted $10 so we requested both things to be done and to be picked up in a couple of days. I received a call on the day I was supposed to pick up the shoes to the man saying that he mistakenly quoted $10 for a clean when it’s actually $30-$50, what the hell? That was not my problem, if he has quoted us that then it should’ve been done. He said he would return $10 for the clean that we initially paid. When I saw the shoes to see the tear he had repaid it looked like a child had sawn the fabric and elastic together. I could have honestly done a better job myself. They have no idea what they’re doing that’s for sure.

Have seen Alessandro a few times for various jobs. Recently I needed my RM boots sole and heal replaced. Quick and friendly service, can’t fault the work they are like new. Highly recommended

My husband went to Macarthur Square store today and was told he couldn't be served because the guy had to have a break and go to bank. He was told to return later. No way! Second bad experience at this store. Time was around 2.30pm Friday 9th April.

I love the service they do that they do there very best and try to help as well. Looking forward on going there again very soon. They did some engravings in to dog tags for my oldest 2 sons and one for my mum neckless pendant.next i have to get a dog tag for my dad done soon.thank you guys for your amazing qualities that you guys have done so far.very happy with everything.great prices and great value
