Got my Car Keys done here previously and got a Watch band adjusted. Both experiences have been great and kind, friendly staff.

Received excellent service from Nick and his team. They really went above and beyond with their service. Nick used his expertise to make a replacement car key work by hand filing the new key. The alternative option was to replace the car locks from the manufacturer or locksmith.
Would highly recommend to everyone to see this business.

Get any quote in writing before dropping off your shoes or better yet avoid all together. Just picked up the shoes I dropped off to have a reglue done.when I dropped them off the guy said that the sole was wearing thin and he recommended a new sole be put on. I asked what the total would be and was quoted $35 TOTAL for the reglue + New Soles for 2 shoes.the next day I get a text from them saying that they have examined my RM boots and it would be $130 for the service including heel caps. I texted back saying I had dropped off Oxford shoes not boots.turns out they mixed up the tickets. I thought that would be the end of it but when I pocked up my shoes today I was charged $60 not the $35 I was quoted. Reason, they added new heals without my consent. I told them I had been quoted $35 when the shoes were dropped off but they just said that the quote was wrong and that it was $60. As the work was already done I hade no option but to pay them if I wanted my shoes back but I will NEVER be using this place again.

Update: The manager texted me to offer a full refund and apologies for the "miscommunication".

Thank you so much Junior and the team at Mister Mint. They were extremely helpful and understanding when I copied the wrong key several times to my front door then couldn’t figure out how the key wasn’t letting me in lol

They cut multiple keys for me without any extra charge before I figured out my mistake and even though I was prepared to pay for all the keys the guys just waved me off with a friendly smile and have a great day.

These guys are the best! Outstanding customer service and quality repairs. I took an expensive pair of boots in and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work and the price they charged for repair. They will take care of you. Don't waste your time or money taking your shoes for repair anywhere else in Hornsby.

On many occasions I have needed last minute presents and have gone to Nic for ideas. Have had engraving done on champagne flutes and a flask for a personal touch to presents. Nic knows what he is doing and is so timely. Provides amazing customer service and produces even better work.

Nice guy with Reasonable price.
1-I didn’t find my desired battery for my watch at Coles or Woolies So I got it from Mister Minit for $6.2-Changing the car key battery is $20 + 1 year warranty, which I payed $25 at Keyman.
3-They even give warranty on shoe repairs.

Whenever we need anything to do with keys or shoes, we always go to Mister Minit in Hornsby because of the high quality service, the friendliness of the staff and the outstanding job performed every time. I have had 4 jobs with them. The last one involved links on a watch, got the watch fixed, but discovered later the fit wasn't quite what I desired. I decided to get it tweaked so a few weeks later I brought it back to get fixed. They promptly fixed it and when I went to pay, the employee (I forgot his name) working afternoon of June 8,2021 asked if I had the watch fixed with them before, I said I had, he said no charge, glad we got the watch right this time. I tried to say it was no problem and Im happy to pay, but he wouldn't take payment, just said if Im satisfied to leave a review. I can say I will definitely be returning with future jobs, not for free service, but for the excellence service. Wont go wrong bringing work here.
