My experience with Mister Mint was at the Wilson Car parking when my car had a flat battery. I was panicking and asked the first person I saw for help; Bhrett from Mister Mint. He didn’t hesitate to help and solved the issue in under 5 minutes (Even though he was most likely on his way to work & hadn’t even started) You’re so kind & appreciated Bhrett, thankyou.

Young guy yesterday on duty 09/08/2022 I came in at 04.25pm and the attendant was very rude. He did not want to serve customers. I told him I wanted to replace the battery for my watch. He told me to come back tomorrow. Now why do you state that you are open until 5pm and then turn customers away before 04.30pm with a poor attitude and no people skills at all. Not very happy at all. I will take my money elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. (Would give no stars if I could).

I've made two purchases here recently. 1) exceptional shoe repair with replaced soles and heels. My poor shoes had water stains on the leather, which the team managed to polish and buff out! I was delighted with that result. 2) Excellent, affordable and efficient cleaning, battery and strap replacement for a 12 yr old watch; job don, no fuss and great result. Incredible work and amazing service, James is probably one of the most considerate, polite and helpful people I've had the pleasure of having fix something. He approached a challenge that I had with my watch from a perspective I hadn't even considered and did so in such an efficient way that he's secured my business for all key cutting, shoe repairs and engraving for the foreseeable future. Fantastic! Changed the boots as the style was missing a heel almost and was uncomfortable. The amount of work done on it, it's just incredible. Looks like a brand new boot! Definitely recommend.

I have a treasured pair of boxing boots that are nearly 20 years old. After their latest blowout, I took them here. What an amazing job the young fella there did! A complete reconstruction, making them practically bulletproof. Worth the money and then some. Seriously the only place I will ever go in Sydney to have shoes repaired. Got my ring engraved there today and had a great experience. Bloke there was extremely pleasant, knew his stuff, and did the engraving on the spot in a few minutes exactly how I wanted it.
