This place needs to shut down ASAP. I attended this shop today at 5.50pm. The man working there BUTCHERED my $2000 leather belt. He was rude, didn’t want to listen to my instructions and cut me off by saying “mate I’ve done this before”. He rushed the job and ruined my waist belt. I had a very sentimental attachment to this belt as it was a special gift. It is now RUINED. I regret contacting this shop. I regret attending this shop. I don’t want any lame standard response from the management to this message asking me to “contact them to discuss further”. If you really care about fixing your wrong, have a cheque of $2000 sent out to me. I will provide the details. Otherwise, don’t bother responding and just hang your head in shame.

I have had to go back twice to get the same key cut and even now it’s not opening my screen door I’m sick of it the guy with the ponytail is a little rude I’m so disappointed I will never go there again the one at east gardens is really helpful and nice

The guy with the ponytail is really making an effort to have a better customer service. I went 1 year ago to do my keys-and the service was incredibly horrendous. But now! HE IS AMAZING! He even smile can you believe that? Bravo

Terrible customer service. I went for a qoute and was shocked by how rude the guy with a ponytail was. Clearly this place does not want to do business.

Took my broken glasses over this morning and Mr Minit had them fixed when I came back half an hour later, and with no charge!

Extremely rude service from the guy with the long pant tail. $25 for a battery key remote. Least you could do is be nice for that price. Avoid unless you like being treated terribly.

The fat lock smith was not very friendly. I asked whether he can give a better discount for two remote keys. He was loud and impatient to answer my question.

Disgusting behaviour from the guy working right none at this time and say 535pm Wednesday 27th. He was cutting a key for a small group of lovely Asian folk. He then turned to them and said, “I’m trying to cut your key would you speak English” they were talking amongst themselves and not to him and he knows that. Racist, disgusting, pathetic human sorry to say. How dare he!

Been here numerous times and staff always quick, helpful and fairly priced - helped with both new keys and fobs

Had my watch battery replaced and watch polished by Marlo (hope I have the correct spelling). He was super friendly, provided quick service and helpful.

Owner put a dead battery in my car key to try and get me to pay a lot of money for a new car key. I know because I got a battery for 1/10 the price at an auto shop afterwards and it worked. Untrustworthy to say the least.

Asked for birthday engraving on a Riedel decanter. Writing was uneven size and spacing. Much larger than anticipated, not subtle. Be very very careful before using this service as has ruined my decanter.

Misleading and deceptive. I was quoted $24.95 to cut a key, came back a week later only to be told it was now $34.95 to cut the key. Careful who’s working here, there’s obviously a large difference in both professionalism and attitude depending on who you get.

Scammers! Do not go there! I asked the price for 2 keys, he first said $9.99, then he asked me what color I wanted the key to be, and asked me to choose it from a stand. When I had to pay, he charged me $19,99. He never mentioned he would charge extra for choosing a key from the stand and pretended it was mandatory. I will not come back!

Terrible customer service. I ordered 5 copies of 3 keys, the person serving me threw them at me when I came to collect. As they all looked the same I asked if they could tell me which was which and did they have any simple metal rings, or even an envelope to put them in to keep them separate. The young guy serving me said “then you should have paid to have them colour coded” before slamming the eftpos machine in front of me. So rude. When I walked away I had to explain to my daughter why the man was so angry and rude. The older guy is usually lovely- this was such a disappointing experience!
