I asked the Asian/Filipino man a simple favour, to help me put key rings onto my car keys. Yes - he showed me how to do it, but he treated me like I was stupid. In the end, I thanked him and he never responded. He was arrogant. I won’t be returning.

Very helpful staff, needed more holes in leather belt, he added 5 more holes, when I went to pay, he said thats ok no charge, very nice to get that these days, always found the staff at Dapto very helpful and go the extra mile for customers.

I went on a Sunday, don’t do that, I got 3 spare keys cut, it was quick and $11.50 per key. Unfortunately none of the keys work and after returning and asking for help/a refund with the faulty keys I was told they were cut perfectly and should work.
Just go to bunnings it’s cheaper and they are not rude to you and if the key doesn’t work they will recut no charge

Absolutely first class service from Jai at Mister Minit Dapto. I needed a new key fob and Jai gave me several options of fob style, programmed it, and then even called past my house to finalise the programming and make sure the fob was working properly! Top service from a genuinely nice person that really cares about the customer.

Went out of his way to fix our car key that our little fella had snapped! Can’t fault the service or the price!

Had an excellent experience today at the Dapto Store. I was helped promptly and had genuine interest shown to me regarding fixing my shoes, the gentlemen explained to me what he can do and what the outcome might be and confirmed if I was happy with this. I felt really comfortable leaving my belongings to be fixed and when I returned I was more then happy with his services. Would definitely recommend!

Local disability Support worker, I have taken 3 of my clients watches to mr mint for repairs. Friendly service and more than reasonable price. Also best place to get engravings done, always getting compliments towards my Zippo lighter with My name engraved in it.

Excellent service, on time and happy to help sort out the cut and programming of keys that the car dealer failed to do.

Recently got a house key cut and garage door clicker done from here and everything was great! He got both done very quickly and was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
