I bought two Mister minit remote controls for $100+ yesterday (15/11/23) and coded them. I found they are in poor quality. Today I asked for returning them and getting the refund but the staff refused and could only give me credits. I don’t think it’s acceptable. I’m not confident with your products and services any more. When she recommended this model to me, saying it was the same quality as my original one. However, I have to say, they actually are not what she described and what I expected. Disappointed with this purchase and the service.

I brought in my 100 year old spoon heirloom to be engraved w my sons DOB- Dave explained the diff between the 100 yr old engraving and todays.
He did a brillllllliant job of hand engraving his name and DOB.

Who assisted me in replacing my old key with proper guidance as I got the key to Rocky just at right time, it was about to fall apart and i would have ended up paying $2000. I needed something done last minute Wednesday the 18th of October. The gentleman who helped me (Nick?) went above and beyond and was extremely patient staying on beyond closing times. His demeanour was friendly, helpful and relaxed. I can't thank him enough. Excellent service and experience.

Very helpful, friendly and professional service from Rocky. My mum needed 3 different keys cut (3 different locks). Rocky was kind enough to use a different key type for each key/lock. This was so we could differentiate each key easily. We didn't even have to ask him. He was so kind and considerate. Excellent & genuine customer service and professionalism. They fixed the incorrectly installed key fob battery by a different shop. They did not charge me a single dollar despite insisting. This is a proper shop not looking to fleece customers. 5 stars.

Went down today to this store, I've been lugging a belt around that needed more holes punched for about 12 months. I wasnt even sure if this was something Mister Minit could do but Dylan at the counter reassured me it was possible! He had it fixed up for me in about 40 seconds. Absolutely lovely and wondeful service, all of the other customers at the counter were very cheerful and happy with the service as well. Thanks guys! Would reccomend to everyone.

Last week I got two keys cut by staff member Rocky. Not only did Rocky get the job done quickly, but was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dave Is also a very nice guy! I hope the boss of Mister Minit is appreciative of these two staff members as they are not only friendly and warm but very efficient and hard working

tried to ask the old staff to sharpen the main blade of my Leatherman Signal, and they simply ruined it.and they do sell Leatherman, What a joke.
