This small retailer deserves the business! He added another year or 2 to my expensively priced but not greatly made brooks sneakers, cuts our keys, labels our dogs and fixes our watch bands! And I look forward to the replacement of my car remote control key combo! All at a reasonable price and great service!

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my car remote which had tried to solve myself. Jensen was able to quickly understand why I hadn’t fixed the issue properly and helped with the solution. He also went out of his way to assist with a particularly difficult zip on a bag and then recommended a specialist.

Jensen is a great guy and I appreciated his effort and communication. I’ll head here for all my cobbler needs, even though it’s not the closest to where I live.

Blown away from the service I received from Jensen. I went to him to for an engraving on a bridle nameplate. After I realised it was upside down (totally my mistake for not specifying), I brought it back to Jensen to see if he could fix it. He managed to pull the stitching out, turn the nameplate around and restitch it back together, all within a couple of hours. He wouldn’t accept payment despite my insisting, even though fix was a much bigger job than the initial engraving service. Absolutely amazing customer service. Jensen, you have my business forever! Thank you!

On several occasions I have been to Mister Minit in Balgowlah and every time I have left with a smile on my face. Customer service is not dead, go to this business and experience service of the highest degree.

The customer service is outstanding, professional, kind, over and above helpful. Highly recommend the service and the staff. I was having trouble with my remote for keys and Jensen went over and above to help me work it all out. Not to mention the keys cut and the shoes mended.

I attended to get my car key battery replaced. Jensen was very helpful and showed me how low the battery was. He also told me where to find Mister Minit in the town that I’ve moved to. Worth checking out.

Service from Jensen at Mister Minit Stocklands was excellent! We had some challenges with a garage remote and he wouldn't quit until he found a solution for us. 5 stars isn't enough, will definitely use them again for anything similar.
