Warm, friendly service. Probably took a bit too long to bring out 10 dumplings and a touch on the expensive side. However, great taste and atmosphere!

Food was ok, service was average Tea was great. Some ppl received table service, we had to line and pay then ordered additional food and had to line and pay again and they tried to Bill us for our original order.

Delicious! The food is very fresh, colourful and tastes amazing, as was my mocktail. The dessert tasting plate is a must try if you visit.

Service is very friendly, fast and attentive.

Ambiance was good, but there are few vegetarian options and the dumplings are very costly.

That being said, the blooming flower teas are a fantastic treat.

I dined here with my family recently and had the best dining experience in memory. The decor is beautiful, with a ceiling full of birdcages and faux birds dotted around the eclectic Asian influenced dining room. The service was exceptional and staffed by the same staff that work at fine-dining Echoes next door (as explained to us by the manager of both when he stopped by during our meal). But while the same staff continue to be extremely professional, accommodating and friendly, they create a more relaxed and chilled atmosphere than the fine dining experience they provide next door. We were advised that they have only been opened for a few weeks after closing due to COVID-19 a year ago and had made some changes. We tried a selection of many of the items on offer and were hard-pressed to pick a favourite as they were all so exceptional. Although I do highly recommend the Teriyaki Wagyu Skewers, Duck Fried Spring Rolls and the Chef Selection of Dumplings which are all freshly made in house and the best I've ever tried! I am already looking forward to my next visit, to ensure I leave enough room to try their pretty pasties which are featured proudly in their display case. There are a few parking spaces available out the front, as well as ample metred street parking around the Lilianfel's compound where Miss Lilian's is.

The food and service is excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for high quality of dumplings and desserts!

Very cute little tea house, good place for an asain fix if you are in Katoomba, with a good selection of dishes to choose from, definitely need to try the desserts, need to book in advance as in can be busy. Will definitely come back.

Food is bland and value for money is not great (could be because of public holiday surcharge). Service is great though, nice people.

Had the green tea Jasmin tea and chefs choice of dumplings. A bit expensive but the quality is very good. I would come back.

1 star is the best I can give to this restaurant. Presentation of food is nice but it's overpriced and it doesn't taste authentic. $5 a dumpling and $18 for 3 small tempura prawn is not justified. A year ago, our experience was completely different.

Ok place to eat if you don't want to venture far from the hotel. Food is good and priced at hotel rates.

An overpriced Asian fusion restaurant with way more style over substance. If you like average food that is expensive in a gorgeous setting, than Miss Lillian Tea House is for you 3,

Hours on internet is incorrect. Drove half an hour to find out they were not open on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Outside the shop there was two signs for opening hours. 1 said open 7 days and the other said open 5 days.

Went to lunch with my family. Fantastic service, happily created a dish for my young kids and our food was amazing. Best tasting food in years!

Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and services, excellent food! The price of the food is not cheap but the flavour and ingredients are very high quality and the portion is large (I ordered the seafood fried rice and you couldn't see the rice because there's so much seafood) so it's definitely worth the price! We were so full and satisfied. Would recommend to anyone going to Blue Mountains!

Nice experience with the flower in the tea pot opening, but expensive and not much difference in flavor between the two varieties we had.

I would have thought a restaurant associated with Lilianfels would have more to offer. However, forking out $28 for a mediocre green curry and rice left a bad taste. The service was passable - the only two sentences uttered to us during lunch were, "Are you ready to order? " and "Are you finished? " The only positive I can offer is the Oriental decor inside and the humble vegetable/herb garden outside. I think trying to cook ALL of Asia under one roof can dilute simple dishes - a Malaysian Laksa, a Vietnamese Pho and a Japanese Ramen on one menu is a bit too much.

Lovely decor - bland, overpriced food. I get that it's near the three sisters but this is ridiculous. If you want to book they also demand a $10/p deposit. Avoid if at all possible. The flower blossom tea was interesting at least, and the food was hot.

Food was okay but certainly not deserving the prices that were charged. Staff were cheerful and polite. Room was clean and bright probably better suited for lunchtime rather than dinner.
