Mirrors were received late last week. Today our electrician installed them and they are looking spectacular. These mirrors definitely require a technician as it’s hardwired. The customer service team is also super helpful and they were punctual.

The staff were very helpful and the mirror was exactly as viewed online very good quality, great price and was delivered quickly and packaged very well so that the mirror was in no way damaged during its delivery.

I had to call because I had a shipping question and Mirror City were very helpful and everything was arranged immediately. Shipping happened quickly compared to some others I have shopped with online and once it was on the road it arrived very quickly. Happy with the customer service and the product.

Price was good with free delivery, but it took a long time to receive my mirror. I had to send an email after 20 days, but after that it only took 4 days to arrive so overall I am happy.

Ordered my mirror one day, and was so happily surprised to have it delivered the next day! Efficient service like this barely exists anymore, so I find this very impressive. It was also well wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard, that my mirror arrived safely and looks amazing on my bathroom wall. Thank you.

Customer service staff was persistent, our call was disrupted by bad signal and somehow I couldn't call back, while the staff kept calling back until the order was done.
I put up the request in early December 2021, I got contacted by the installation team for measurement in need December. The actual installation was in contact to me in mid January, and eventually the mirror was installed in early February. The time frame is okay for me, and just for a reference for you.
