I'm new to the area and had an amazing experience at Shire compounding chemist. Very professional and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help me:) thanks Tamer!

First and last visit today. Took 2 scripts. Was advised a lower dosage was not possible given that was what was on the script and details for the doctor about taking half tablets. Script declined to be filled.

Then proceeded to fill another script with a higher dosage when a lower dosage was allocated.

Confusing and conflicting and did not understand the patient need for a smaller dosage (would literally walk out with less potent medication).

Very disappointing experience.

Charges triple the price of normal
Pharmacy. Walk further to chemist warehouse and save your money.

Personalised service, thorough knowledge and understanding with reviews of medicine and able to source for scripts with just a quick phone call and it’s easy to pick up or get delivered. Wish they had more stock and variety. It is a private prescription service. Would be great if they could get PBS for those with concession cards.

Had everything we needed late at night when all the other pharmacies were closed. Such friendly and convenient service. Definately coming back when we need again!

Very reasonable prices and so convenient. The staff are friendly and dont keep you waiting in long lines like some of the other chemists in the area.

The service might be good (my customs were pretty basic but went well) but I strongly disagree with the people praising the prices!

Chlorsig and Cephalexin were $29 - exact same amounts of the same drugs would have been just under HALF that in the nearby Chemist Warehouse! (as I later found out by calling AND checking website)

Seems crazy to have to shop around for basic medicines. I can understand 10-20% difference max - but more than double.really?

Highly recommend Raymond is a lovely customer focused pharmacist and goes above and beyond for his customers. Helped me with a challenging medication I couldn’t find.

I didn't get the names of the two girls working there one late night but I can say their customer service was great, 1 of the girls explained everything that I needed to know about a medication that I have never used before.

I had the best experience at this pharmacy! The pharmacist I met was Amjad and he was very smart, experienced and extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. He will give you the time of day and has a very good bed side manner. He’s the best pharmacist I’ve met!

I came in last Saturday, been having headaches for a while, the pharmacist, Amjad was excellent. He told me some good information and printed out some about supplements, aspirin and coffee. Today no headache. He also gave me good advice for my wife. It's nice to see some pharmacists still take the time to talk to customers. I'm switching to this chemist from my regular chemist. I had just been diagnosed with a chest infection and presented at the pharmacy counter visibly out of breath and unwell to get my prescription filled. The pharmacist took my scripts then refused to fill them when he realised I had a Health Care Card. Appalling service.

The pharmacist on the weekend has got to be the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in terms of getting medication and advice.

Amjad was my regular pharmacist since Adelaide, now he's also our family Hypnotherapist.so when I need something healthcare related I text him. I came in to see him on Saturday at this pharmacy and he gave us the best service in Sydney. I would highly recommend you visit this pharmacy if you live in the Shire. All the pharmacist there are very helpful and they do compounding, bouns.
