Mirage hair and beauty Parramatta

Correcting my previous 5 star review to 1 star. Their service has severely degraded. They are just in a hurry and do not take sufficient time to provide the treatment. I got nanoplasty done for the second time but due to poor hair colour it damaged my entire nanoplasty and now I have severe grey strands instead. When I checked with them, they just tried to cover up and asked me to come next time. A total waste of 4 hours and money.

I went for a new hair transformation, and i was totally amazed to see the work done by the owner Annie and Michael they have complete magic in their hands and gave me one of the best looks ever! Highly suggest you all go there

I would like to share my latest experience in Mirage Hair and Beauty. As I have been with Annie and Michael for a long time, I am always surprised by their professionalism and care towards their clients. But I would like to actually acknowledge the warmth, care and attention I have gotten from their new employee Paris. She is kind and very professional, I have been with her for my wash and blow dry and root color and hair cut. She is a gem of a person. She knows her job and she puts in the extra touch by giving her clients a nice head massage:) thank you Paris, I will definitely go back to you again.

Highly recommend this salon. I travel 2 hours every trip because there Is no one else I trust with my hair. Especially with thick and curly hair they specialise! They have helped me get to my perfect blonde and I will never go to anyone else! Worth the 2 hour trip!

Michael is the only hairdresser I trust to do my hair. Absolute best service, all the staff are amazing. I’ve been doing my hair here for over 3 years with no issues. Highly recommend

Mirage is an excellent place for your hair treatment. I got hair cut, color and nanoplasty. The team took time to understand what I wanted and gave me their expert opinion. Very happy with the results from this chemical free treatment. Would recommend mirage to anyone who needs a great hair place!

I have been looking a decent hair salon in Parramatta for months. I step in nervous but left very satisfied. Annie is professional and friendly, she made my day (and hair)! Love the classy ambience in the salon too.

Very worst experience i would never recommend anyone as i asked them one color with mix of ash grey and they just gave me blond yellow and that wasnt what i asked they told me they gonna mixed me as they already took my 5hr for just hair they just put brown on my hair and the color which was in hair got vanished tooo so i paid $380dollar for nothing so please dont go they dont know which color they gonna do so save your money and the lady worker are polite but not the main too rude thankyou worst experience will never go again now my hair is frizzy tooo with lots of damaged hair too much to take dont go if you live your hair rest depends upon you guys thankyou bye

Had a haircut & Full head foils done recently and their service was simply superb. Michael and team has recommended suitable hair cut & color based on my hair. Whole team is perfectionist in their work, Very friendly in nature. Simply amazing & great service. Each penny you pay is worth.

Amazing place and today is my first visit. From the second you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated like a special person. My new salon. Anne, Michael, Ruby did an amazing job on my hair.i got my keratin treatment along with hair colouring Anne listened to me carefully and suggested few options that would be good for my hair (explained in detail along with prices) and as mentioned the whole staff and team go out of their way to welcome you. Will be recommending to everyone.and you guys are truly 5 's I would surely come back in few months for nanoplasty (organic and completely chemical free straightening). Thanks for explaining about nanoplasty.x

Have been going here for a while, constantly great cuts done by Michael, communication is great and always leave the place looking like a million dollars. Recent renovations were done and it looks super elegant. Has large round mirrors now and the lighting is above and beyond. Currently in the royal chair.

I have been here for Hair colouring, Keratine treatment and hair care appointments. One of the best service, highly recommended this one. For a total amateur in hair care like me, Annie guided me the basics and how I can take care of my hair in simple steps at home. Best work and best customer service.
I can totally trust Annie with my hair and I never felt so good with my hair and makeover earlier. What Annie does is magical and I will highly recommend everyone to try the magic. 10 starts from my side and more…definitely worth going there ️
