Provided the art work to these guys and apart from being abrupt and rude the printing was horrible. Took complete payment upfront and we trusted them based on good will. We asked for standard sized business cards and we received the completely wrong size. They were printed on a smaller scale I assume to save money. The cards were completely out of alignment and we were blamed for the artwork even though we asked for a sample before printing the whole batch. Printers job is to check the work as we are not designers. We simply passed on the graphic designers artwork. Please do yourself a favor and shop around before resorting to their rudeness and un ethical work practices and standards

The bloke i spoke to over the phone had no customer service at all. I have 22 cars in my fleet and they're not touching one! I'd suggest they either learnt how to be nicer in the tone they speak with people or hire someone that does.you are going to loose customers that way.
