A great experience with a Sympathy Thank You Card regarding our dear Mum who had passed away. A difficult time and decent commercial cards are just not available anymore. They provided an elegant linen-textured card which many printers will not offer as it's generally harder to print on. We were pretty fussy (with some to & fro alterations) but they were very patient and respectful, insisting it was "ok" and "WE must be happy". We were also pleasantly surprised with their estimation of design cost which was generously low. Overall, we had a beautiful custom-made card with appropriate verse, photo and a simple silver cross at a very reasonable cost.

Minuteman Press Gladesville are amazing. There customer service is fantastic.they responding quickly to requests, they work is perfect and they deliver on time with no fuss. I honestly can not fault them.

A couple of years back I renewed my Name Card order of 500 with a printing business in Belmont. I handed over the last card of my previous order (from a business which had either folded or relocated) - and was assured that it could be photo-copied (both sides - one side in Japanese). I received them back - the photograph on the side in English a darker version than the original - but otherwise everything looked in order - until the moment I handed over the first of the new cards! There in black-and-white - rearranged from the Latin (which I studied in school but is nonetheless known by everyone who has seen Dead Poet's Society "carpe diem" (seize the day) was "carpe deim" (seize the? Deim?). I felt sorry for the printer and did not go back but every card I handed out thereafter - at least 496 of them - I felt duty bound to point out the error. Why would he have "corrected" my format. I'll never know. Anyway - I took my order to Joumana at Gladesville - she consulted with Julian - the font on the English side was re-formatted - my landline telephone number was altered to my cell-phone number - and "carpe deim" corrected back to carpe diem. I am now recorded into the system and will have no hesitation should I live long enough (joke - sort of) in going back to this business. Customer Relations are impressive!

What can I say? My friend and I sent a file to Luke to be printed. It was a sign for my children's Christening happening on Sunday. He printed it quickly and the quality was impeccable. I realised that even after checking everything over my sons name was misspelled (no fault of Minuteman press). It was a huge typo on our part. Luke re-printed it for me in less than 30 minutes and gave it to me free of charge. He did not need to do that as it was my fault. I am so.so grateful. Amazing.amazing old fashioned service. Thank you so.so much Luke, you saved the day. BIG TIME!

Comments The recent update of our old Q&A brochures really brought the image of the Seahorse Society into the 2020’s. The colour scheme and layout suggested were very professional and beyond anything we could have thought of. The many changes were accepted cheerfully and nothing was too much trouble.
