We had such a fantastic experience with Mint Floors! As soon as I met Tony, I knew we were in good hands. He was so easy to deal with, a great communicator, and oversaw the whole project. Nothing was too much trouble and he was available at all times. We were equally happy with Matt who installed our floors. He worked around our busy household to minimise disruption and was really easy to communicate with. Huge thanks to Matt and Tony, we would absolutely recommended Mint Floors.

Tony and the team did a really good job putting in new floor into our kitchen. Great attention to detail and obviously take pride in their work.

We had one room requiring flooring for our new bar. Choosing herringbone parquetry - we were worried we would not find anyone willing to complete the small job, but Mint Floors said yes immediately. Staff were very easy to deal with, arrived on time every time, and completed the floor to our front room to a very high standard. All rubbish removed and we are very happy with the final result. Good range of products you can see. Staff are ok, not super friendly or helpful. I purchased directly from them for a small job and happy with product but probably better going to Bunnings if not getting them to lay the flooring as delivery is expensive and cannot return.

If you are looking for a professional, reasonably priced, efficient company, to sand and polish your timber floors, then look no further than Mint Floors! David, at the Surry Hills showroom, was a dream to communicate with. He made the entire process so simple. His approach throughout the entire process was professional and efficient. David’s first priority was for us to be entirely happy with the work. We were looking for a professional company to re sand and polish our Red Mahogany and parquetry floors and we weren’t disappointed. Kenji and his colleagues were extremely reliable and thorough, producing a beautiful natural finish on our floors which was so much more than we’d hoped for. They manage to achieve a finish which elevates floor sanding and polishing into an art form. The attention to detail with the parquetry was exceptional and I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful work they did. It is so reassuring to know that a company such as Mint Floors exists. They really care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Very happy with the entire experience. Thank you!

Absolutely love the customer service at Mint.the initial consultation with David was easy and patient. Mint was the second company I approached for a quote and without hesitation, I locked in the resanding and lime- washing of our new home after meeting David. He was extremely professional and sincere in his efforts to make sure concerns are answered. Matt the manager made sure the final results of the limewashed floor was up to my expectations.i could see they take great pride in producing the best outcome for the customers as the final result on our cypress pine floor was better than what I envisioned. It’s rare to find a company who has the customers best interests in mind and I highly recommend Mint Floors and Shutters to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional flooring team to work with at a very reasonable price.

10/10, by far the best deal in the Shire for carpet. Sam our salesman was absolutely amazing, he sourced the best carpet we have ever seen and felt and organised Pete, by far the best carpet layer in the Shire to install it.
The price, the quality, the service and the carpet were excellent. We just built a new home with Metricon who wanted $10k more than what Mint could supply and install after handover, so happy we decided to shop around, even happier we stumbled across Mint.

Absolutely would recommend a visit to Sam and if you’re lucky enough to secure the services of Pete to install you won’t be disappointed.

We have just had NSW Spotted Gum floating floor installed to our kitchen, lounge and hall by Mint Floors. Every step of the process has been efficient and professional. Sam was a wealth of information and called in during the job to check on the progress. Caesar our installer kept a tidy worksite and the finished job is 1st class. We are extremely happy with our new floors and would highly recommend Mint Floors.

Mint supplied and installed our timber floors then our plantation shutters and most recently our new carpet and we're thrilled with the results. The team are knowledgeable, reliable and produce quality work. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Sam at Mint Floors was friendly, helpful and professional from the start to the finish of our new floors. I was pleasantly surprised when he turned up to make sure Matt, the installer, knew exactly what was required as previously agreed. Sam went the extra mile and turned up again the next day to make sure all was going well prior to completion. I wanted a professional job and I got one from Sam, the installers and Steve who promptly took away all the rubbish. Congrats and thanks to Sam and the team at Mint Floors.

Like a number of reviewers below, we had a terrible experience with Mint Floors (and Dylan in particular). They installed a timber floor that marked anytime we'd drop any liquid on it and told me I'd cleaned it with wrong product, they also removed an expansion gap that was previously there which then resulted in the timber buckling as the timber expanded and retracted with moisture. Dylan then sort to deny any responsibility and totally failed to stand by their work.

As I see below, "Buyer Beware". Go somewhere else

Sam is very thorough in all stages of the process, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
The guys did a great job of the flooring and we are very happy with our choices we made.

These guys are terrible - use cheap subcontractors, their floorboards lift after installation, new materials come already damaged. They just can't be trusted to install a floor properly. Look elsewhere.

We had Quick step Impressive Ultra laminate flooring installed throughout our home. Sam Nassif from Mint floors was an excellent representative of the company. The price we recieved was very competitive and the service we received was excellent. Sam responded to our questions very promptly and was very easy to contact. All promised timeframes were achieved. Matt did our installation and we were also very impressed by his professionalism. He worked quickly and was very easy to talk to. Overall we are very happy that we chose Mint floors.

Terrible - use others

- Installed new floor
- New floor had no structural integrity, chipped boards, damaged brand new timber
- Highly argumentative and unprofessional when asked to rectify the floor
- Left rectification incomplete
- Installers carelessly damaged walls of property, requiring subsequent repair
- Caused delay of greater than 3 months to the project

Still attempting to collect payment via debt collector.

Apparently well known in the industry for subpar work and this sort of poor customer service.

Steer clear.
